I used the app to order McDelivery to earn points. Took a long time to receive food and I live about 3 miles from the restaurant. I received no napkins, no straw, no spoon for McFlurry. McFlurry was very melted. Chicken strips and fries were not warm. I will not order delivery again. First time I tried the strips - disappointing. Chicken meat was tough so my dog got part of the food.
I placed an order through my phone app. So I get to the window and they ask me to go park and wait for the order. The young lady comes out and goes from car to car asking what did you order. I gave the name, app # and she was just confused. They need a better system in place to know which order belongs to a specific person. Terrible service.
Went through the drive through. Very nice employees. They get my order right every time. Love this McDonald's!!
