I used the app to order McDelivery to earn points. Took a long time to receive food and I live about 3 miles from the restaurant. I received no napkins, no straw, no spoon for McFlurry. McFlurry was very melted. Chicken strips and fries were not warm. I will not order delivery again. First time I tried the strips - disappointing. Chicken meat was tough so my dog got part of the food.

Great customer service and food was fine. Im just disappointed by the honoring of coupons. I use my points at almost every mcdonalds in the 757 and this is the only one that made me pay extra for a 6pc happy meal when it was supposed to be free.

The service was great at this location. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us right away. The coffee was the best we've had at a McDonald's and they got everything to us quickly.
