Subway in Williamsburg

“This location deserves the five stars for its super fast service and accuracy with my orders for picky young eaters. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The only downside here is a lack of parking in this super busy strip mall. That's not Subways fault though, so I'm not docking them any points. Small shop with minimal eat-in space but spanking clean. Typical brand decor. They do have a restroom, however it is only available to customers. Veggie toppings were nice and fresh, no wilted spinach or sad lettuce here! Meats and cheese are pre portioned but everything seemed fresh. They do have a sign up (and a deli machine) stating that fresh sliced meats and cheeses are coming soon.“

“We visited last night after an evening at Christmas Town at Busch Gardens. We arrived at 8:30PM, an hour before they were scheduled to close, but the experience was still top notch. The bread was warm and fresh and all the meats and toppings were as ready as if they just opened. Finally, the older lady working there alone was great, efficient at the sandwich making, and was very cordial in her service. We will definitely be eating there again!“

“Veggies usually decent, except spinach is often wilted and slimy unfortunately. Manager lady (I assume due to way she talks to staff) always has a scowl on her face and is not friendly at all! I hate speaking with her and have considered turning around and walking out when I see her often, but only have so much time to grab lunch. Other members are friendly though and make nice sandwiches.“

“Honestly the only reason I'm giving this place four stars is because the young lady that made my food was completely ALONE during dinner rush, and handled herself VERY well. She was an absolute pleasure despite the pressure she was under. Did I mention it was her 4th Day!!!! Whoever owns/runs this store should definitely commend this young lady“

“As subways go this one is one of the better ones. I do go here early for lunch so I don't know what the staff is like later on in the day or on the weekends. As far as huge chains like these go you really only have to worry about being clean and the staff being quick and competent. This subway checks both of those boxes“

“The guy who made my sandwich, Allen (white guy with tattoos), did an incredible job! Amazing customer service and a true "sandwich artist". He was patient and crafted the perfect sandwich, making sure everything was even and to my liking. Most Subway employees give you the typical fast food attitude but this dude just set the bar so high and was truly a joy to order from. Thanks, Allen!“

“I'll give them 5 stars for being courteous and providing a good sandwich, but ......had a coupon for a reduced price sandwich, let them know before ordering and then was told at register it was not useable on a premium sandwich and the coupon had no stipulations.....“
