“I commend the two young men that stepped up and helped my husband out tonight! I sent him with the list and Antoine and Anthony Kindly accepted the challenge. My Subway came nicely wrapped once opened the presentation was a 10. The sandwich was made with love and with a passion for a helpless husband with a list.My husband noted that they enjoyed their job and treated him very well. We will definitely be coming back. “Who doesn't love a good subway? This subway is located in a great area; a shopping center not too far from the Hampton Coliseum. Clean store and the food is fresh. There's a drink machine just at the entrance while a public bathroom for guests is located at the back of the store. The variety of drinks at this location definitely exceeds the many other Subway locations that I've seen. The store featured COVID-19 rules; masks were worn by the employees as well as a sign being on the entrance door preventing anyone to enter the location without a mask. The one thing keeping this location from getting a perfect five star from me had to do with the sandwich artist who prepared my meal. The artist was not wearing a name tag so I was unable to get his name; tall long-haired gentleman. Although I can perfectly tell when someone is not in the best mood, I feel that while one is at work they should act accordingly or take five. The artist spent very little time listening to my order causing me to repeat myself several times. I was never greeted at the door and when leaving my "have a great day" did not get one back. Aside from that this location was great. If you're looking for something fresh to eat, have no worries this location provides just that. Thank you!“

“Usually go to this Subway, things are fresh, service usually really good.However this time I was waited on by a young man who wasn’t very outgoing, seemingly in a terrible mood put out for customers. I saw him looking at the clock and said, shift almost over thinking I may be his last customer and he quipped back in an ugly tone not even close.Left feeling sorry for the rest of customers that would encounter that enthusiasm being served.In today’s economy businesses should have great customer service because it’s awful competitive out there.“
“My son and I were well taken care of during our visit for an early lunch today! I apologize, but I didn't catch the food service attendant's name. She was very friendly, attentive, professional, and worked clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our menu selection, rotisserie chicken with Monterey Cheddar, bacon, and peppercorn ranch.“
