“Came in for a last minute 15 sandwich order for an event at the hotel across the street. It was a young lady working there shortly after they opened. She was so helpful and willing to accommodate us. Unfortunately we took all of their prepared bread and the young lady was trying her best to accommodate the other guests with other options. She even called the owner to help out who came promptly. The treatment of this store was exceptional and that young lady deserves a raise. Than you to her (sorry I forgot her name) and the owner.“

It is rare to find customer service these days where you are greeted as soon as you walk in with a smile. Although they were working on an online order, they immediately welcomed me to subway and offered to get started on my order. I needed a moment to figure out what I wanted and they were both very helpful in helping me choose an amazing sandwich. It was very well prepared, with all of the ingredients neatly placed on my sub. They also showed me how to download and use the app! I often go to subways that are careless with the sauces and it makes a mess. But they made sure to carefully wrap my sub and asked me how my meal was on the way out! I will definitely be returning to this location. Great job!“

I've had an issue with a gift card that had been ongoing for 3 years. After visiting 7 different subways to try to resolve or understand, I was almost ready to throw the gift card away.

But today sonal went above and beyond to help me get info so my gift card would work. She made calls for me and tried every possibility in her system. And she was very calm and nice the entire time.

The restraunt was very clean and she was exceptionally professional and nice. She resolved the longstanding issue and the food she made was delicious.

“Went there at lunch time 1/29/25. The two young ladies there today could not have been sweeter, or quick at their job! The subs were great… the Diet Coke was carbonated water only….but within minutes they fixed it and kept on working. We have stayed away for a few years because the foreign lady working there was quite rude. These young ladies were amazing! Will be back for sure if they are working.“

“Great service and able to accommodate on-line orders. Placed an on-line order on our way home from a full day at the Oceana Air Show. We normally don't have cheese on our sandwiches, but the sandwich artists thought we had forgotten while building our sandwiches on-line. They had to-go cheese packages waiting for us just in case. Extremely thoughtful and considerate. Glad this team and location is walking distance from our base housing, we will be back often.“

“I did not catch their names but I couldn’t not leave a glowing review. Just left the store at 6:20 and just have to say what stellar and amazing service was provided. Had multiple orders and they handled it so well plus all the other people coming in and online. I wish I knew their names to give direct credit because they deserve all of it.
