No ice for my drink, when it's 110 degrees outside
***Update: The money was refunded to my account. Ultimately, the one employee should be better equipped to answer questions and deal with issues. She clearly didn’t have the authority or the information to assist me or explain to me the issue. That’s on management and ownership. Poor leadership places employees in no win situations, and that’s not taking care of your people.
