First time ordering from this location and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the $5.99 turkey tom and there was hardly any meat. Two slices in total on the entire sandwich. I would rather have paid full price to get the correct amount of meat. I submitted a ticket with customer service and they basically said I was wrong and the meat is weighed out. I’ll keep going to the Holland road location because I’ve never had an issue there.
I stopped in quick while in the area. The app had a BOGO I took advantage of. I ordered the toasted Italian nightclub with the Jimmy peppers. My sandwiches were fantastic! Service was easy and fast since I used the app. I recommend this location.
I stayed away from most of the year, but I gave it another try about a couple weeks ago and it was great and now again tonight it’s outstanding so I’m not sure what changed but they’re definitely on the up
