Very good experience today during lunch. Employees were very patient with me while ordering, as this was my first time. Staff very professional and friendly. And I must mention the cleanliness of the entire store was impeccable!!Food was delicious!Jake really stood out. I can tell you have great employee culture based on the pride he showed in his store and team!!

They have canceled about eight of my delivery orders over the last few months because they don't have delivery drivers on the weekend and when you go pick the food up yourself they also refuse to refund the delivery fee and tip that you paid for a driver to bring you your food! Robbery. Their attitude about their own mess up of not having a driver is horrible. He acted like I fired their driver personally and was the one inconveniencing HIM over the whole ordeal. First you made me come get my order and then you kept the money that I paid a driver to bring it to me? And it just keeps happening over and over and over again. You should be shut down! Worst staff ever. Horrible service. If you don't have a driver then you need to turn off your option to order for delivery on the weekends. This is not your customer's problem

When I’m paying $20 for a sandwich and we are your only customers, I’d expect a little better of an experience. On 1/19/24 we went to our local Jimmy John’s to try it out, I was pretty disappointed when I got home and my food was incorrect. As shown on the ticket we wanted to substitute tomatoes for onions, and we paid $2 for cheese. Most might say “just pick off the tomatoes” which of course we did, but when I have Jersey Mikes, Zero’s, and even Subway across the street, the only thing setting you apart is service. There were two male workers in store on Friday and at the time we were the only customer. Within minutes (maybe less) they forgot the specifics of the sandwich and gave it to us “how it comes”. Ordering my food was awkward to begin with, not the most welcoming service from the employees, and it was wrong. Next time we are going across the street to the competitor. :(

Toxic atmosphere here with a skeleton crew running. I’ve given it a couple of attempts, just in case it was an off day, but on a regular basis the staff will be outright and openly rude to customers and the drive thru window gets completely ignored if you pull up to try and order.

Food was exactly what I expected - fast and fresh. We dined in- clean seating area, trash cans weren't overflowing. The best part? A sparkling clean women's rest room. I'll be back!

They do not wear aprons which is part of uniform. They get permission from the manager to steal bacon and give it to dogs without paying and they are racist. Jimmy John’s is being sued…….stay aware……..they don’t keep it clean and the dishes are barely clean and washed. It still be oil and dirt on the oil bottles and lettuce bins it be soooo disturbing and gross. there being sued for Equal Opportunity with Proof and Testifys

I’ve been advised to visit this location for a cold cut sub and boy am I glad. The staff is clean, friendly, and courteous. There is never a long wait. I also got a free sandwich after my 2nd visit. Score! Great job guys.

I will NOT visit this location again. Poor customer service. Last time I visited this location the store closed early. I seen the employees chilling and when I pulled up to the window, they all was hiding and peeing. Then later came out once they thought I was gone. I actually wasn't. Need new staff members so the store can be set up for success!

I regularly come to this location and the staff are fast, efficient, and kind. There was one day when I came in to place an in-person order and the drive-through line was LONG, and the mobile orders kept piling up. For whatever reason, there were only three people working: the delivery driver, the manager, and another worker. Despite the low staffing, I got my order quickly and done right. For such a busy day, your team did great!

Staff is super nice, food is usually correct and tastes good, and the location is typically clean. Drive through is a nice touch. But once your order is made, they don't refrigerate it, so if you are super late, your food is warm.Vegetarian options: Not many options here.Parking: Shared lot but lots of parking
