Some days this place is on and some days it's really off, particularly with the night crew. I would definitely know bc I come here alot after my workouts at the gym. Wife placed order using mobile app, received an error message stating order didn’t go through. I placed order on my app. I go to pick it up & manager says he received 2 orders, realized there was a mistake, so he only made 1 order. Cool, great, thank you. I get charged for both orders so I email them. I get a generic response about how they appreciate the feedback about their website?! No refund?! I email again, no response. Terrible customer serviceThey screamed at my husband that he was banded because he didn’t realize he couldn’t use a coupon for what he ordered. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Mistakes happen that’s no reason to scream and a customer and kick them out when he was respectful the whole time and apologized.
