DoorDash refused to refund me for food that was clearly not edible. I ordered a biscuit, not a building material. This thing was so hard and dry that when I tried to break it apart, it basically shattered. At this point I’m fairly certain it could be classified as a blunt object.

TERRIBLE. i ordered a bucket of chicken, had to wait ten minutes for it, got home and its raw. my family started eating raw chicken. brought it back and they tried to say no refunds. after texting a manager i guess they said 10 business days. great. no sorry or anything. just rude and nasty careless people. ALSO when i went back for a refund, the doors were locked and mopping, fryers off because they’re fixing to close at 9pm when on here it says 11pm. it’s friday.
Apparently we came to late at night 10 PM, asked for original chicken they gave me crispy, asked for fries I got cole slaw with a piece of chicken in it (why), I asked for half & half I got watered down ice tea will never go to this location again
