I will absolutely judge you based on your spring rolls and how you handle tofu dishes... This was spectacular. Seriously hard to find people that are this good: 1. Spring rolls soups be crunchy, not oily, made with fresh oil, and not mushy inside. Rating: Perfect. 2. Tofu should be the right kind for the dish, seasoned correctly, and any sauces should mix well and infused with the tofu. I had a custom request, curry tofu (fried).
