“Although Starbucks is located within a supermarket of the few times I have been there the staff is always happy and more than willing to go out of there way to explain the various types of coffee and they do it with a smile. I am not always the easiest customer as I have been in customer service for over 30 years and hold every retail store to a higher standard, but this Starbucks and everyone I have visited understands the value of customer service.“
“Aiden was the absolute best Starbucks employee I have ever met! I went to redeem my birthday reward and I've walked away a Starbucks fan (Dunkin' was my fav) just from that experience! His personality, sense of humor, and making a suggestion for what drink to choose was appreciated so much! I will always go to this location and ask for Aiden from now on!“

“This location is located in the Harris Teeter at Lightfoot Marketplace. I was able to order ahead via the app (I forgot to press order until I was maybe 2-4 minutes away). When you enter, it's on the left hand side. There's a small area where you can sit if you're wanting to enjoy in store.Bryan was the barista, and was very friendly. Greets you while you are waiting for a mobile pick up. I had to wait maybe 1-3 minutes for my coffee despite ordering late in the app. It was my first time ordering anything from this location, but would definitely order from here again!Oh--and the coffee was great!“
“On Feb 8th, I ordered a drink at a different Starbucks location and it tasted bitter and not like it normally does. I went to this location to see if they could fix it and I was not disappointed! Keely offered to fix my drink and made it just how I wanted. This location never dissapoints and has a great staff. Keep up the good work!“
“Out of mocha and espresso machine wasn't working so I had to get half decaf. Could have been an incredibly frustrating experience but the girls working there were so amazing that it made the experience very pleasant after all. They deserve a raise for having to deal with so many issues out of their control but still remaining positive and professional!“
“The McLaws Circle Starbucks is the best. The service is always great but today it was above and beyond. I had placed a mobile order for pickup but got tied up at work and wasn’t going to arrive until a few minutes after they closed. I called ahead and Ian, one of the closing staff members, waited for me and brought my tea to the door for me after they had locked up. Thank you to this team for always brightening my day but especially today for making a long work week end on a high note!“
