I explained the situation and she was so kind and told me to come in to get it remade. When I arrived Kylie took care of my order and Cameron made my drink and it was perfect! “I went to this location on Presidents Day looking for some frappuccino to go with breakfast. It has a very long time since I had Starbucks, but recently my sister gave me a gift card as a Christmas gift. So why not use it??? I ordered via drive-thru which took no time at all, even with a few cars in line. Ordering was pretty smooth and from the outside, the building was colorful. I did go.in before years ago and can say they keep up with decor. I chose a grande size caramel ribbon crunch frappucccino. When the cashier used my gift card, it turns out everything was covered. It had $20 so there you have it. Enough to cover at least two more orders. I'll definitely thank my sister for this gesture :) As for the frappuccino, it was very good. Was a little bit too sweet (it is a caramel frappuccino after all), but definitely covered my sweet tooth for the day. You have no complaints from me here. Not a bad visit. Very quick service where you felt welcomed by staff. I'll be back here real soon :)“

“Funny story.... I submitted an online order, and like always, technology can fail. Unfortunately, I had to contact my saved favorite store across the water, and they graciously were willing to help. When I approached the counter, Aaron was working with other corporate officials and still providing me exceptional service. He swiftly corrected the matter and even sympathized with the situation. Both stores worked together to rectify the matter seamlessly. Regarding the location, it's perfectly located towards the back of the shopping center to provide easy access from the road and a nice view with shading in the back to allow customers to enjoy the weather. Ample parking. The drinks were made to order quickly and accurately. I would recommend this location whenever you pass through the area. And if you're in a rush, the drive-thru is always an option.Dietary restrictions: For those with dietary restrictions. “It was a great cup of coffee. After 2 sips the top popped off and it went everywhere in my car and me! I wouldn't normally blame the barista but it came off when she handed it to me. That, she cleaned up and apologized for. Maybe it was the cup but I sure hated losing that coffee!!!!“

The baristas are all professional and friendly, and I love to watch them as they do what they do because they make it look so easy, and I know it's not. That's how God they are.
