I explained the situation and she was so kind and told me to come in to get it remade. When I arrived Kylie took care of my order and Cameron made my drink and it was perfect! I appreciate the kindness and professionalism. I am a very satisfied customer :)“

“I am beyond impressed with this spot! From the second you walk in, you can tell the leadership here really cares about the details. It’s rare to find a place where the service is as consistently excellent as the coffee itself, but they nailed it.
The quality of the brews and pastries is top-tier, and you can see that the team is well-managed and genuinely happy to be there. Whether you're a local or just passing through Newport News, this is hands-down the best place to grab a cup. Major props to the management for setting such a high bar for service and quality. I’ll definitely be a regular!“
“I have never been to a "bad" Starbucks. Of all the troubles in our world. The day to day grind. I can have confidence in ordering at ay Starbucks. While pricier than my normal coffee. That can be overlooked for the customer service! Thank you! For the hard work and dedication your staff provided.“

“If I were rich, I’d give all my money to the staff at this location. They are the kindest humans. In addition to the overall welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, the service is great. I go here often, in addition to many other Starbucks in the area and this location is BY FAR the best.“
“I made a mistake on my order and they were pretty nice about it. They corrected it even though it really was my fault and gave me some info so I could order correctly next time. I’m mot leaving a good review bc I got something free. It’s because they were patient enough to offer help and they didn’t have an attitude or anything. They could’ve just dismissed and said oh well lol.“
“I can’t say enough words of praise for this Starbucks!! Ever since I made this location my daily stop, I have never been happier! It’s on point every time, no question. As a stay at home mom to a toddler, my morning coffee run is my one piece of “me time” before the day begins— and seeing my favorite baristas has quickly become the HIGHLIGHT of my mornings! Special mention for my girl Ash, she is an absolute shining star. When you see her, show her some love!!! All of the staff here are nothing short of amazing. LOVE MY CNU SBUX! ❤“

“Had a pleasant experience visiting this coffee shop. The store was clean, organized, and easy to access. Staff members were welcoming and created a positive atmosphere.
