Staff members were friendly, attentive, and worked efficiently even during busy periods. The coffee was served promptly and tasted great. The seating area was comfortable and provided a pleasant place to relax. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit and would gladly return when I am in the area again.“
“I have never been to a "bad" Starbucks. Of all the troubles in our world. The day to day grind. I can have confidence in ordering at ay Starbucks. While pricier than my normal coffee. That can be overlooked for the customer service! Thank you! For the hard work and dedication your staff provided.“
“I had a great experience at the Warwick blvd location! The day prior my drink wasn’t made quite how I ordered it, I called and Kirsten answered. I explained the situation and she was so kind and told me to come in to get it remade. When I arrived Kylie took care of my order and Cameron made my drink and it was perfect! I appreciate the kindness and professionalism. I am a very satisfied customer :)“

“I am beyond impressed with this spot! From the second you walk in, you can tell the leadership here really cares about the details. It’s rare to find a place where the service is as consistently excellent as the coffee itself, but they nailed it.
The quality of the brews and pastries is top-tier, and you can see that the team is well-managed and genuinely happy to be there. Whether you're a local or just passing through Newport News, this is hands-down the best place to grab a cup. Major props to the management for setting such a high bar for service and quality. I’ll definitely be a regular!“
