I had the best customer service interaction I have ever had at this location, and that’s saying something because I have never had a bad experience here. I believe the persons name working the window was Tico. I hope to see Tico every time I come through in the future!“
“This location is right by my home, and I love it. The baristas are always very friendly and exceed at their customer service skills. The drive thru is usually pretty fast and the drinks are super yummy. The location is very friendly and has a welcoming environment.“
“One of the cleanest and organized Starbucks I've been to, ordered my normal Venti Iced white chocolate mocha with extra caramel drizzle with sweet cream foam. Starbucks staff were really friendly generous and committed to great customer service. Don't really come to Norfolk Prime Outlets that often but would come back to this Starbucks establishment any time.“

“I’ve stopped by this Starbucks several times with large and complex orders and I am so impressed every time at how quick and kind they are! Each and every time my order comes out perfectly and is delicious. Also I once forgot to snag my receipt and came back later on and he remembered my name without even asking - and I was a drive through order! I had a humorous encounter with a gentleman struggling to pronounce his order, and the lively ambiance, complete with jazz music and laughter, added to the enjoyment. “I would like to thank the drive through people for helping me save money. I spend way to much on green tea and coffee tbh,at least 12$ a day .This location and the hit or miss service motivated me to go out and buy one of those keurog machines...Some folks are friendly and helpful, but there seems to be more and more of the crappy I don't care and I'm doing you a favor by being here type waiting for meAt the window. I just drove away ..keep the money ..watching your "barista" remixing a drink fromOne already made was disturbing...that and your drive thru guys attitude helped me come to the conclusion life is to short. I can make my own beverages save money and reduce my stress. So thank you for that. Five stars of gratitude The inside of your store is run down and not clean. This used to be such a good location . “The oasis I look forward to after hours of shopping at NEX some days. Service is always on point & quick... we get our order within 3-5 minutes. How cool is that?! Amazing crew whether the group of young guys, or young ladies some days. They open earlier than other stores at this mall BUT they close earlier than the rest of the mall, too. That's the only bummer part, lol, so we've learned our lesson thereafter and head there before they close. A licensed Starbucks location, not corporate, as I understand they don't accept Starbucks rewards cards or coupons. Limited menu, but plenty of cozy seating to the left upon entry, and an optional bar height seating to the right.“
“Initially, they messed up my order. Along with my regular cup of coffee ☕, I also asked for 2 pumps of specialty flavoring (toffee). However, when I took one sip, I realized there was no toffee flavoring added. I called the store and the manager, I believe Zach was his name, was very apologetic and offered fore to return and get a new fresh cup of coffee prepared as I originally requested. I was pleased!“
“I'm giving this location high marks because of the awesome staff, the cleanliness of the location, and customer service. I am a stickler for great customer service! Customers want to be treated well each time they visit...no matter how many times they visit. And this location does just that!! This is a new location and I love that it's so close! Originally, I thought that it would be a smaller location and less choices. BUT, I was wrong! It's an intimate setup, clean, spacious, has seating (inside and outside), in a great location, and they have nice options. Now, some items are either not there or limited, but you can still find something. Purchasing cups/mugs from Starbucks is my thing but they don't have a large selection, but that's ok. I need to save a little money anyway! Let's get to the staff! They ROCK!! Tameka (the manager) is just a joy to be around. She pleasantly welcomes customers, smiles, chats with everyone as if she's known you forever, while simultaneously observing her staff and the space. She continuously shares, and enforces, the importance of safety. She's just great! Candace and Meg are rock stars !! They are professional and friendly...attentive to customers and have great attention to detail. Not to mention, they have a great sense of humor and are very pleasant!! Lastly, no I don't have a ton of funds but enjoy a good recommendation. They all have encouraged me to try different things and by far the peach passion lemonade tea (not sure if that's the correct name) is the bomb !! That's my new summer drink...right now!! I thank them all! I recently met Raven (sp?) during my visit and she is nice as well! They know me pretty well and my day to visit is on Wednesdays! So, let's just call me "Wednesday!" I look forward to many more visits!“

“Tracy and Bri gave me excellent service yesterday and informed me of the personal cup discount in a previous visit, so i brought in my own cup and they didn't disappoint in the slightest. My cinnamon dolce latte was as beautiful as it was delicious and i'll be back with my travelling mug soon :)“
“Fine for an airport Starbucks. It has tables as well as grouped comfy chairs in which to relax. I was there quite a while and no one made me feel like I should leave. I had a little trouble communicating with the Asian ladies, but it worked out.“
“I went to this Starbucks this morning and received one of the best caramel ribbon crunch drink I have ever had. The guy at the counter was very well mannered and made sure my drink was to my liking I asked for extra caramel and the amount of love that was placed in my cup was something to remember. Me and my wife was so appreciative for his service and we recommend this Starbucks to everyone that sees this post.“
“This Starbucks has been here for a few years, but it was my first visit. It won't be my last. First off, it's a pretty large location to be situated downtown Norfolk. They have lots of seating and a good amount of space to wait on your food and/or beverage. The staff is super nice. I got my new fave - Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai...check it out. It's perfect for those who don't really care for the dairy (or dairy is not your friend if you catch what I'm saying). And I just learned you can get it hot! I'll have to try that out at another store!! The drink is sooo good, the customer in front of me ordered one and I got stopped on my way out to inquire what foaming goodness I had in my hand. Go try it today!!“
