“I’ve come here an handful of times and have noticed that every time one of the leads is working, the store is in high spirits and hard at work! I believe their name tag said Lu. My drink never came out wrong and the customer service they provided was exceptional. They’re very attentive and helpful whenever you need some order suggestions as well. If you ever find yourself here, ask for Lu if you want an easy experience!“

Scott went above and beyond helping me arrange everything for our large party, and when the weather caused a last-minute change, he made the adjustments seamlessly and with such kindness. “I asked if they had a Java Chip Frappuccino and was told yes, but what I received tasted more like a Mocha Frappuccino…missing the chocolatey coffee notes and crunchy chocolate chips I was expecting. It was still good, but I wish they had let me know it would be a bit different. On the positive side, the place is clean, including the bathroom, and the staff is friendly and nice.“

“Just picked up the drinks I ordered online, and idk the girls' name that is working but feel for her. She is the only one working. So taking orders & making drinks & most people in store were ordering from her. So just wanted her to know she's doing awesome !!?“

“The morning crew is great and fast!
My 4 score is because the lack of consistency with the orders. Sometimes the food is either overcooked or cold. Other times my drink is made PERFECT or not done right. For the costs of these items I do expect a higher quality.“

“One of my favorite Starbucks in the area. I just don't get to frequent it as much but that might change. Great staff, great service, and never any issues with my order. Great job all around! Ill be around more to maybe do some teleworking here!

Parking: There is not a ton of parking but I have never had an issue finding at least one spot!“

“This Starbucks location is conveniently located inside the Ted Constance Center aka Chartway Arena where it's nice to have access to good coffee during events. There is an outside entrance as well as an entrance inside the arena. The baristas are professional and welcoming. In my experience the coffee is always exactly as ordered. The food is the pre-prepared stuff you get at any Starbucks location. The pricing is consistent with other Starbucks locations and it is clean and well maintained. It's a great place to grab a cup of coffee if you are attending an event or are on the ODU campus.“

“Almost every day I come here, but the coffee tastes different every time. It feels like buying a lottery ticket—50/50. Sometimes you get a delicious cup, but more often you get a bad one. Even with the same coffee, the taste can vary a lot, from the appearance to the flavor. Every time I come, I find myself hoping and praying that it will be a good cup of coffee.

If there were a way to request a specific barista to make the coffee, it would be perfect—it would eliminate the uncertainty.“

“Ive gone here multiple times, staff and service is usually excellent. Friendly, I'd say maybe one or two times it maybe sounded like the server might have missed their morning coffee, but nothing I can'tcomplain about . My order's are never wrong, they let me get an ice water and condiments without complaints. Gonna be my go-to coffee shop for awile.

Parking: rush hour can get super busy, drive through line can get super backed up. inside is not a bad choice.

Kid-friendliness: Leave your kids outside please.“

“This Starbucks on Little Creek is consistently fast and friendly. Even during the morning rush they manage to keep the line moving and the orders are always accurate. The staff here is great and they really know their regulars. It is a reliable spot for a quick caffeine fix before heading into work or running errands. The drive through is handled with total efficiency. This is my primary “go to” close to home and on the way to work on my morning commute.“

“I sometimes stop in here when I do not have time to make it to the Little Creek Starbucks. I have never had an issue with the product or service. I even accidentally took somebody else's drink that looked like mine in a rush and did not notice for a couple minutes until I took a sip and they were super sweet about it when I came back and explained what I had done.“

“Small airport Starbucks, the larger one is before security. Order on the app around 0430, they were only accepting mobile orders at the time. The Barrista was very nice and offered alternative topping when the pumpkin spice was out. I think they did walk up orders when 2nd worker arrived. It is very convenient that it is open so early in the morning. There is some seating here but it is small. Food options are available.“
