“Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations I've been to recently. I typically get the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, which I've noticed varies in quality a lot based on the location. The one here was great though. The staff was very friendly as well.“

“Great customer service and always has my drinks just right. I also love the atmosphere and just being able to hangout while I drink my coffee or Chai. Plus I love the merchandise too and the sales they sometimes have. I also take advantage of the ground coffee for my garden and plants. Lately the brown sugar shaken espresso has been my go-to 😁😁“

“Top park! Spread out. Kids of all ages enjoyed. Wheelchair accessible. Can’t say enough about the grounds. Picnic tables. Swings. Slides. And more. The favorite was the zip line. Lake just outside the park fence. Didn’t notice bathrooms.“

“We came here after leaving Panera same area. The EggMozzPesto sandwich is excellent, not dry, great flavors. Our customized beverages were excellent. The atmosphere was much quieter at this location. Clean and friendly restaurant. The staff even asked the smoker to leave the sidewalk area, Bravo👏 The area is in a busy section by a city hwy, but surrounded by trees. We will definitely come back to this location.“

“A rare 5 star for the coffee giant chain. I have certainly backed off being a frequent customer, but I still enjoy them. Especially on my birthday when they provide a drink for FREE. This was my first time at this store.

This is a newer location off First Colonial in a new strip adjacent to Target. Parking was easy, no debris and the walk up tidy. There is also drive up service. Signage is excellent.

The new Starbucks store layouts are super attractive and sleek. Lots of comfortable seating and natural light. The store was spic and span. My visit was on a weekday afternoon and it was decently busy.

Counter at the service was nice and the staff wished me a happy birthday when presenting my reward. I ordered a lemon cake, chocolate chip cookie and a venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with extra shot. I utilized the app for my purchase.

My order took a bit longer than expected due to the drive thru being slammed. All good as it arrived within 10 minutes and was correct. Everything was yum, especially my Frappuccino which can be on and off on prep.

Prior to leaving I utilized the restroom. They offer two gender neutrals, an employee was exiting after just having cleaned it. The facilities were sparking clean with proper supplies. When exiting the same staff was emptying trash. This activity elevated my review to a 5.

Look forward to returning.

“Ordered ahead in line for 840-845. Had to wait a few minutes. They were super busy in the drive thru. There is outside seating, in front of window placing your order. I did notice heart bar above, and fans. It was covered. Cute. Picked up Carmel macciato fire my massage therapist:)“

“I absolutely LOVE Cindy at the Harris Teeter Starbucks on Nimmo Parkway! I am completely blind and deaf on my left side and have minimal hearing and vision on my right. Knowing this, she takes AMAZING care of me when I come for my PINK DRINK! I wish there were more workers like her.“

“This is a terrific drive through, one of the best Starbucks in town, consistently accurate, pleasant, and as quick as a Starbucks is ever going to be. I have truly lost interest in all the sandwiches at all Starbucks and much of the bakery items as well. For the price, I can't believe they are not as good as Wawa. I do like the oatmeal with add-ons! The exterior I find to be one of the ugliest I've ever seen, but you can't judge a book by its cover because this is a great Starbucks. And I will keep coming here for their smiling faces and the great coffee!“

“I'm obsessed with the Cinnabrew drink they have here - it's specifically at this Starbucks. Hannah, the creator, made me some today and it was spectacular as always. It's not too sweet unlike most of the menu. It'll 100% change your life!I want the CEO of starbucks to come out here specifically to try it and add it to the menu immediately. “It was a great atmosphere today walking in this morning with so many employees saying good morning and/or welcome. Then, when I left, they said bye, or thank you, and some employees included my name when they said bye. They were super busy on this Friday morning and still went above beyond with making sure each customer felt loved. Thank you 😁“

☕When getting my iced coffee refill she
✅was friendly
✅ charged me for the pumpkin sauce add on (.90)
🔥after that thick pumpkin sauce, she added just a bit of coffee and swished the cup like quality matters, excellence was her goal and she was fixing that cup for her mom to drink!

🙄Anyone can write pretty words on a cup

“This Starbucks has always been pleasant to visit. It is never super busy because they have a drive through ( which is busy) so it is always clean and the employees never seem stressed or overly focused on tasks. Just customer service. Nice!“

“The food was great as always and I really enjoyed the lemon loaf like usual. Only complaints I would have would be that the lighting was pretty dingy, and that the workers looked, walked and talked like they hated their job with a passion. The lady that I ordered with was really nice but everyone else had a horrible attitude! I usually don’t really notice but this one was really obvious. I think yall should really start getting your moral up. 😁“

“On a Sunday night at 8pm my online order was indeed ready within 5 minutes. Looks pretty clean. Pipe music was kind of loud but acceptably contemporary. Friendly staff they greet you. Well lit with bathroom available for folks who choose to work here. There's someone checking inventory of beverages, packaged foods. Will definitely come back.“

“It's been a long time at this location inside the Kroger on Holland Road. I wanted a coffee while I did storm shopping.

They offer some merchandise, but it's not much. However, they do have Virginia mugs. A small dining area is adjacent.

Counter service was fine, no issues with checkout. My small black coffee was tasty! I'm a 3.5, rounding up.“

“If you work in this area, this is a prime choice for lunch. The ladies who work here are excellent cooks. They also seemed kind and gracious. I've only been here once since I'm rarely ever in this office park for long. For that reason, I can't provide much info on their menu or daily specials. The day I was there they were offering a Korean BBQ.“

“Shawn (young gang-affiliated black man) made my caramel brulee latte. He was VERY rude and several times attempted to STEAL my phone and also did not wear a hairbun when making my latte. This caused one of his dreads to fall into my latte and he didn't remove it. Then, he pronounced my wife's name "Jes-ee-ca" instead of Jessica. They always have to put their own swing on it. ? That being said, the dread added a unique flavor that I have not tasted before. I recommend you go there and try your latte with one of his dreads, it is quite unique.5/5“

“Starbucks is always been great customers service to me . One time my order doesn't test right. I just take it back and the replace it without a question. Second time I order online but for some reason my order was not on that place where I want to be picked up but the give it to me anyway . Now that's how I call service. Without a question. “I come here almost everyday. I love how close it is to my house. What could easily make this place a 5 star is consistency. I could have the exact same coffee order everyday twice a day at this store and every time the same drink order will taste different. This is the only Starbucks I find this occurrence. Others there can be a slight difference. But this one it’s either too much milk, burnt coffee beans, etc. this store is almost always packed with business. Most times I DoorDash my order because I seem to get better/more consistent flavor results.“

“I like this Starbucks because the staff seem conscientious. However, I noticed recently they moved the mobile pick up tray to the front of the store. It's a busy store with a lot of people standing and passing that area. There is no sneeze guard or protection for your drinks and food. There are also a fairly consistent number of homeless and/or individuals that solicit money for food ect. in that area. It might be better to move the food and drinks back to a more secure and hygienic location.“

“The temperature of the coffee is inconsistent. It's sometimes luke warm and sometimes hot. It seems to be like that in all the stores. It's not enough to keep me away. Everything else is great, especially the service, and I go there all the time.“

Parking: It's a tiny parking lot. Drive thru stays busy in the a.m., so does pickup in dining room. Sits between beside Firestone & Burger King. Can't drive out around the drive-thru.“

“Shoutout to Deuce at Starbucks — this man is out here running the coffee shop like it’s a VIP lounge. 😂 From the SECOND we got there he remembered us, remembered our order, and acted genuinely excited that we came back. That kind of energy is rare these days.

Not only does he have amazing customer service, but his personality honestly makes the whole experience better. Super friendly, funny, welcoming, and somehow manages to make ordering coffee feel like catching up with an old friend.

And the drink recommendations? ELITE. He suggested a drink to my friend (Deuce’s Drink) that instantly became their new favorite, and now they’ll probably be ordering it forever. At this point Deuce deserves commission for creating addictions one Matcha at a time. ☕😂

Seriously though, Starbucks needs more people like him. Great attitude, great memory, great vibes all around. If you get served by Deuce, just know your day is about to improve immediately.“
