“Gavin and Trista were working the drive-thru windows when I picked up coffees today and yesterday, respectively. These young folks give my hope about our country's future. Consumate professionals, super courteous and respectful, and customer service oriented are just a few words that come to kind. They set the bar high for all fooks in the food industry service. Anyone who knows them, should emulate them. I strongly recommend the manager to recognize them publicly amongst their peers... great job hiring them and training them.A lot of Starbucks in Chesapeake... this is my favorite!“
“We are here at this location it seems every other day even though just opened one a bit closer down on Carmichael way. The employees here always seem to be in a good mood and make the drinks in a timely manner. We come to this location of the other one because the drinks seem to be made better. I know syrups are occasional left out and such, but the other locations do it more often this one it seems.The store on the inside is always clean, and the pickup location for mobile orders is easy to find. The drive thru has a good amount of room to wrap around, but it can block out some of the parking spots. Now just if Starbucks would stop raising their prices so much! Nothing the actual employees can do about that though.“
“Is NOT drive-thru!!! Starbucks is inside the Harris teeter market store. However, is one of my favorite locations. Is worth the walk-in if you dislike the inconvenience, which it doesn't bother me. The super plus side, they often have all the new tumbler releases. Strongly recommend this location.“
“Tiffany and Joszi were outstanding! I was really trying to leave a tip since the App would not allow me to leave once. They were both very graceful in letting me know that tips were not accepted at this location. I sure hope that I run into you both in another location so I can give monetary appreciation for exceeding service expectations!!!“

I'm not one to write reviews but we all know it so hard to get people to do the littlest things for you in this day. Yet these girls every single one of them make sure my experience are the target location is 100% I thank them for making my coffee and making it exactly how I love it ?“
“This location is difficult to get to, but it is worth the effort because the service and the baristas are so good.I love sitting inside and people watching. This location is right in the center of everything going on in the middle of Chesapeake. Lowes, Home Depot, Sams, WalMart, Spas, Vets, Foot Solutions, etc. If you can think of it, there is one of them around here. You can watch people zoom in and out of while you sip coffee.The decor is comfy and casual. The store is always clean, and as I said, the service is A++++.Great place to drop in. You just have to dodge a few cars to make it safely into the parking lot without getting your car dinged.“

“This Starbucks location is just like every target location. Very clean and organized. They had quite a few people in line but the line went fast. The person making the drinks was really good. I ordered the sweet cream cold brew. It was made really good. It was a new order for me, so I'm gonna add it to my rotation. I didn't care for the eggs and Gouda box, which isn't really the fault of this location. The eggs had a mildew taste to them. I looked and the expiry date was current, so maybe it's just the eggs in the bag. I get the egg protein box all the time, but that has fresh eggs, not the ones in individual bags. I'll probably stick to that box from here on out. Again, this location was great.“

“I drove by so I stopped in because I wanted something to drink and a little breakfast. I ordered a peppermint cafe mocha and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. My food was hot and tasted fine and the coffee was great as always. I was greeted after entering the building by a friendly staff and the seating area inside was also very nice and tidy. I would gladly come through this location again.“
