Starbucks in Hampton

“I don't often go to Starbucks, but I was coming back from a service projects with a few awesome students, and we decided to stop by this Starbucks.

We were met by a very energetic and jolly man with a beard. I couldn't read his name tag. But he was GREAT, and had terrific energy. I told him I love the Caramel Frappe at McDonald's and he said he had just the thing.

They whipped it up and while it wasn't that close to what I get at McDonald's I do applaud the effort.“

“I really like this location. It's convenient, it's clean and customer service has been great. But, my most recent matcha green tea and lavender latte was full of bitter green tea powder clumps that hadn't been well blended into the drink. It was such a disappointment. I had the same drink the day before from this same location, but made by a different barista, and it was blended perfectly. Getting a well made drink obviously depends on the barista who takes the time to make it properly. I have to knock off a couple stars for the poorly made green tea and lavender latte. It was awful.“

“Fast friendly service, perfectly situated to not have to get bogged down in the Frey of the shopping crowd. The one not so much of a plus that’s not their fault is that parking sucks. Parking is not available for just popping in and out you have to park and it’s not close to the store. Overall good location if you’re in the area any way.“

“I broke down this a.m. and had to park in your lot . The absolute kindness of your staff was amazing. Caleb asked if he could provide assistance as he was pulling in for work and eli was so kind and helpful. The entire staff was amazing and I can't thank yall enough and I will come back though for sure.“

“This location is in HarrisTeeter in the front of the store but fairly well separated to give the traditional Starbucks feel. A friend and myself have met for coffee here a few times now. Each time the service was quick and the order done perfectly.The downside is it is small. We've seen the line grow quite long very quickly because they keep only one register open, which is adequate most of the time. They have little room to work which looks like it would make it difficult for two people to be making different beverages simultaneously.“

“I’m a regular at the store and tonight Jay made my drink and it was absolutely amazing. The crew was happy go lucky. I got my drink fast and it was right.
I’m just really glad a worker named Lynn was not here tonight because every time I come in she’s hateful, rude and just nasty She has no customer service manners for her customers or her coworkers I’ve heard her talk down to her coworkers numerous of times, including me as a customer Please do something about Lynn or I will find another Starbucks. I come here at least three times a day every day. Have a good day.“

“They are always working very diligently. I don't know her name but there is always a girl barista there with very professional makeup, she really makes the Starbucks image great at this location, I know most people would not be willing to pay that much attention to their appearance so early in the morning.“
