Starbucks in Hampton

“I don't often go to Starbucks, but I was coming back from a service projects with a few awesome students, and we decided to stop by this Starbucks.

We were met by a very energetic and jolly man with a beard. I couldn't read his name tag. But he was GREAT, and had terrific energy. I told him I love the Caramel Frappe at McDonald's and he said he had just the thing.

They whipped it up and while it wasn't that close to what I get at McDonald's I do applaud the effort.“

“Visited this coffee shop recently and found it to be a very enjoyable place. The environment was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff was attentive throughout my visit. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, I would happily come back again.“

“Came in with large catering orders for our cast and crew and couldn't call ahead of time. Despite the inconveniences we put the staff through, Jancy made us feel so welcomed every time we saw her. Her smile is truly as big as her heart and she made sure to go above and beyond for customer service. She was a gem! Thank you Jancy!“

“Fast friendly service, perfectly situated to not have to get bogged down in the Frey of the shopping crowd. The one not so much of a plus that’s not their fault is that parking sucks. Parking is not available for just popping in and out you have to park and it’s not close to the store. Overall good location if you’re in the area any way.“

“I had a wonderful experience at this coffee shop. The facility was clean and well organized, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Staff members were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. Overall, everything exceeded expectations and I would gladly return.“

“This location is in HarrisTeeter in the front of the store but fairly well separated to give the traditional Starbucks feel. A friend and myself have met for coffee here a few times now. Each time the service was quick and the order done perfectly.The downside is it is small. We've seen the line grow quite long very quickly because they keep only one register open, which is adequate most of the time. They have little room to work which looks like it would make it difficult for two people to be making different beverages simultaneously.“

“I’m somewhat new to the Starbucks world, so I frequent this location more often than others because of Jae and Rebecca! Jae has been so kind and patient to help me find the drinks that are just right for me! She’s always offering to make me something special!

Rebecca is always so helpful and genuine in making certain that I enjoy what she makes for me! I rarely go through the drive thru at this location because I’m always looking forward to seeing and interacting with Jae or Rebecca!
