“Four years later and my Target STILL hasn't let me down! Everything looks so bright and airy (still), and I've used the pick up option more times than I can count -Â with HUGE success. But here's the BEST part: THIS TARGET NOW HAS DRIVE UP SERVICE! DRIVE. UP. It is SO easy and all you do is use the app to place your order and it's almost always ready in seconds! Then, you just pull up to one of the four designated parking spaces, tell the app that you're there, and magically a Target employee will come running out with your bags. You sign something, and then you're done. This. is. revolutionary. for. folks. with. BABIES!!! This means I don't have to go through the hassle of getting my baby out of the car seat, taking the stroller out of the trunk, carrying the child in the store, looking for sanitizing wipes for the basket, and then repeating all those steps to get back inside the car at the end of the shopping trip just to go in the store and get one thing. “I'll be completely honest, i'm writing this review because of one employee in particular. Their name is Jess, and we've had them at the window the past two times we've visited this Starbucks. They are so cheerful, funny, and hold great conversations! Just overall a joy to see in the morning, even before having coffee! We got a bacon gouda and egg sandwich and apparently it's the best my moms ever had. We actually picked this Starbucks over the location that was closer to our destination because the service is so good. If I could give it a higher rating than 5 stars I would.“
“Bright and lively, just the way I'd like to start my day! The dark, stark exterior makes the surprise of walking through the door even better. The huge, long counter anchors the space that is filled with midcentury leather chairs, terrazzo flooring, recessed lighting, jazzy music and blond woods. Large tables and an outdoor space make tgis a great place for an impromptu group meeting. And the service was as impressive as the decor. The busy morning rush was handled smoothly. Great visit!“

“What a GREAT way to start a Cold breezy morning in Richmond VA. I walked in craving a warm Peppermint Hot Mocha. The moment I opened the door I was immediately greeted with smiles across all staff. The Store manager Anthony had the biggest smile and welcomed me. He took my ordered while multiple tasking the drive thru (impressive, I must say) I didn’t feel ignored and he even complimented my outfit. Boy! Did that make my morning. He took my order and his staff made it in a timely manner. But that’s not all! It’s something about knowing the staff is happy to make your drinks, she was smiling the entire time. Now I’m not from around this area (NYC is in the building haha) but I have to tell you something, my drink tasted so much better knowing the staff was happy to make it. Peppermint hot mocha with a side of love, was exactly what I needed on a Saturday morning! Thank you so much Anthony \u0026 staff! Hope you guys have a great year!“
“Quiet, spacious coffee shop with pastries and sandwiches. If you're like me and gluten, dairy and soy free, it's hard to find something to eat at any Starbucks. The kinds bars have soy and the marshmallow dream bars have dairy. If you need a quick caffeine hit and have intolerances like I do, the espresso is my go to. Jackie on the register was a pleasure to interact with. They also have a drive thru at this location.“
“This is a great location. The service is always friendly and fast, drive thru or pick up inside. I don't know where they find employees that work this hard, but they are almost always busy when I visit and the staff is always killing it!Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, but I love the impossible breakfast sandwich!“
