“I've been to many Starbucks but this one is now my favorite. After I finish my dental appointment and had 50+% of my mouth numbed and couldn't properly talk I walked in with my order typed up on my phone. I was worried they would think I was trying something illegal 😅 but the lady politely took my orderand was really accommodates. I wish I remembered her name but I do remember her face.“
“Quick and friendly. Helpful! This is inside Kroger Rutland and the server saw me trying to set my cup carefully in the cart which was leaning so she suggested their cup tray to help. My green tea latte was hot and very enjoyable and comforting to sip on while grocery shopping. I wanted to tip her and scanned app but it didn't bring up my receipt to add.“
“Can you please come to Tappahannock to train the newest store that just opened?? We deserve the service this location gives! They are always so friendly, the drinks are ALWAYS right, & they don’t push you for a tip! I just love this location! (The only thing that would make it better would be the tight fit for bigger trucks in the drive thru but that has nothing to do with service) they are amazing💙“
“My husband and I can to this location for a coffee, did not realize it was red cup day.
The associates were all so cheerful and smiling despite how busy they were. When customers asked for an estimate on how long it would be for their order they answered with grace, not with attitude.
I just want to acknowledge how professional and friendly they all were, despite the chaos they were working through!“
