“One of the best Starbucks locations in Richmond. They always get my order right, they are super friendly, be it at 6am or 5pm, and they always offer a pup cup when they see my dog. They also might be one of the very few of their locations that doesn't burn their coffee. I may or may not have moved to the area just to be closer to them.“
“Always someone greeting you with cheer in their voice each visit through the drive thru and in person. The drinks are made with love. You can taste it. Never have I visited this location and my drink turned out disappointing. Quick service. Never have I had to return because something is missing or wrong. So many options for my breakfast run. Java chip my favorite. Gruyere egg bites yum. Double smoked bacon ,cheddar and egg sandwich takes one back. Chocolate croissant you name it! No trip to Paris needed.“
“Fantastic service..Clean environment, Hot & fresh coffee..GREAT Food served by a friendly staff !
Vegetarian options: Croissants, egg bites, panini, spinach feta wrap is DELISH ! & variety of bagels (+ Sweets, of course!)“
“There seems to be a permanent shortage of cinnamon-raisin bagels, my favorite!About atmosphere:I fully understand the change in interior furnishings to encourage more rapid turnover of occupancy and increase business, but I have to say, knowing that it won't result in any change, that I much preferred the softer seating and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere that were present prior to the change of business plan to increase drive-by ordering.“
“Hello! I hope someone from this Starbucks gets this review. I just wanted to say I keep coming back for the apple crisp oat milk macchiato (hot) and it’s very good! I also keep coming back because the service is very welcoming and friendly. There was one time where I tried to pick up my order around 5:30am and the doors were still mistakenly locked but when I came back the next day they gave me a gift card which was very nice of them! Thank you guys for all you do!“
“Truly heartbroken to see a new location opening across the street. This Starbucks is one of the friendliest and most consistent! Nothing like starting the work day with familiar faces and nice turnaround time. Additionally, the parking lot is a good size, it’s pretty accessible, and the outdoor seating area is a plus.Fingers crossed the new smaller and less accessible location will at least keep the great employees around!“
“I love this Starbucks in particular, and I am not afraid to admit I have been to many of them, from "The Farthest North Starbucks in Alaska, to New Mexico, to Aruba, to Missouri, to New York, and all the places in between. This store is one of my favorites. It is easy to get into and out of and the drive thru is manageable in a large truck, and there is always ample parking; if you have to pull into the parking lot with a trailer it's doable. It appears accessible to those in wheelchairs. It has a nice sheltered outdoor space that looks out onto West Broad Street near the Science Museum (great people watching). It also has plenty of clean interior space to spread out. I have had nothing but lovely interactions with the staff so far, and I enjoy seeing everyone each time I go. I didn't rate the food because, come on, the food is the same, it's consistently decent.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no automatic doors but it is wheelchair accessible.“
“I know there is unrest in the company, as it is all over vlogs, blogs, and social media. This store seemed unscathed and employs a staff of personable, kind, and funny staff. I appreciate their interactions, and already always chipper and sweet. They helped me navigate my dietary restrictions. I love the coconut milk with my usual order. I appreciate the baristas helping me out.
Dietary restrictions: Helpful staff. They helped me with my dairy selection. I was just told to avoid dairy, so for the first time, I tried my drink with coconut milk.“
“Just went to this Starbucks inside of Target. First time at this location. I ordered a coffee that I typically get, and the person who made it somehow made it the best that I have ever had at any Starbucks. Must have added extra love or care. I believe their name was Jen. Thank you for making my morning better!“
“We came here during our road trip. The people here were nice and courteous. They did not have everything we wanted but the guy over the speaker was patient telling us what they had. I had a large number of people with me and I went there in the evening so that's understandable. If I pass through this way I would come back.“
“I was at the Reynolds Crossing Starbucks this morning during a crazy rush. It was standing room only and people were still pouring in, not to mention the busy-as-usual drive thru. Despite the crush of humanity, the staff got through all the orders efficiently and politely, still taking time to greet everyone and make us all feel welcomed. I don't know what it is about this particular Starbucks, but there is a palpable team/family vibe, even under pressure. Just wanted to give the whole staff a big shout-out for handling it like pros today!!“
“Very quaint very cute very sweet a little story we have here and the woman that was managing it took my shepsky cocoa and I with a very customer service friendly the service was top-notch show that early in the morning doing it all which I can definitely appreciate and respect I would if you're in that area definitely worth a stop in if you're into Starbucks there is no drive-thru so that's the kick in catch but again college kids it's in a perfect and very quaint little part of town that's very nice and clean
Parking: Street park8ng is how I was able to easily find dead front of the entrance but I was her first customer that morning and u haven't been there anytime other than that one. So I'm not sure how busy the parking may get but the have a medium good size lot to the side of the shop8ng strip and in the front along the street.
Kid-friendliness: Yeah just like any other Starbucks not going to be a No-No for kids to go into it's just not a big sit down with drive-thru type of Starbucks is very small and really nice and chill with Lobby in the front I definitely kid friendly but nothing for them to do in there if that be the case I'll just leave them in the car if you can it's not just be kind of bored looking at everything but I love bringing my dog in there with me so“
“This Starbucks is the best in Richmond. I always have a very pleasant experience with staff so much so I messaged Starbucks headquarters about how amazing they are. Always a friendly face, great drinks, speedy line… 10/10!!! Lucky I live so close to it. Thank you!!“
“The staff was great. I asked for a drink concoction to be made and Malaysia made her creation and it was amazing! I have tried so many Starbucks all over east coast and just couldn't find the right drink until yesterday. Thank you, Malaysia for your unique creation. Truly like Christmas in a cup.“
“My first time in this Starbucks (#745), and really happy for how I was treated. Today’s experience is reminiscent of the “old” Starbucks when the staff were outgoing and friendly—and looked you in the eye—and made one feel like a human.
Alexis and the rest of the crew at this store could not have been more professional from the initial greeting as I walked through the door to the well prepared cortado and sandwich. Friendliness just makes everything better. Thanks #745!“
“I absolutely love the employees at this Starbucks! Every single time I've gone here, anyone that's ever helped me has been wonderful. I've rarely had a less-than stellar experience at any Starbucks, but I'll honestly go out of my way to go to this one because everyone is so nice!“
“Got the total Starbucks experience. The barista LC's smile was contagious, which is hard for me before coffee. lol Great selection of pastries, clean and organized store. LC's positivity is a great way to start your day. The only disappointment is there was no tip jar to leave a tip.“
“Been at the hospital all week with family in ICU. I have been so thankful for the much needed coffee, kind workers, and quick service. Only one day was it really slow BUT they were training so I totally understood and had no issue waiting. Looks nice and has lots of sitting room.“
“Sometimes Starbucks inside stores just aren't the same as stand alone Starbucks. This one is an exception. They're always friendly, clean, well stocked, and every time I've gotten a drink from them it's been exactly what you expect from Starbucks?“
“This is my favorite Starbucks in Charlottesville. The one at 250 bypass & Emmet Street is so crowded and the parking lot is awful. This location has plenty of parking, the crew does their best to get you your drinks quickly, and they've been open during bad weather and holidays when other Starbucks in Charlottesville aren't.“
“I had the pleasure of visiting this Starbucks on a chilly day, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with warmth and exceptional service. I ordered a grande Pike Place hot coffee, and it was everything I needed to fight the cold weather.
The coffee was rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed—a true testament to the quality Starbucks is known for. It came in a festive holiday cup that made the experience feel even more cheerful and special. The barista who prepared my drink paid attention to detail and ensured it was just right.
The atmosphere inside the store was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to sit down and enjoy my coffee while catching up on work. Whether you’re looking for a quick pick-me-up or a place to unwind, this Starbucks is an excellent choice.
Thank you for making my day warmer and brighter—both with your coffee and your outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!“
“Excellent view from in front of the Star Bucks at Short Pump Town Centre! I got a caramel frapp and loved it. The staff are wonderful. When asked what the sweetest thing they had was, the man who took my order pointed to his coworker. Adorable.“
“I had a much better experience at this location instead of the one close to my house. I was greeted when I walked in, holiday tunes playing, people enjoying the atmosphere & my hot tea was on point. If you feel a head cold coming on or have one, the medicine ball is the best thing to get you through the day. My drink was perfect. My lemon pound cake was FRESH too!“
“Starbucks food is pretty average, sometimes at this location they are missing a lot of inventory which sucks! The workers are nice. Every month they have new featured drinks which are cool! They have pretty nice lobby area with nice lighting and booths. The outlets are very useful for studying too!
Vegetarian options: They offer bell pepper egg bites and spinach feta wraps!“
“If I could give ten stars to this location, I would. I come to this Starbucks at least a handful times a week. Each member of the team is outright enthusiastic, prompt and kind. You really start to appreciate that after consistent experiences. This Starbucks deserves a medal in the area, as a top-notch, quick, efficient and pleasant place to patronize.“
“There is street parking around. It's pretty big inside. The display is good. The people who work there have been wonderful. It has been a relaxing spot for me for years.
Parking: There is street parking
Kid-friendliness: My children loved the cake pops and Madeleine
Wheelchair accessibility: It's easy to get in as long as someone is holding the door“
