“Maybe the best Starbucks I've ever stepped foot in. Fast, Efficient, everyone was really nice. Super clean. They even have some personal touches like a donations area, a kiddie corner with books and toys, a raffle for some prize or something. Not to mention a clean well stocked restroom, which is essentially when you are trying to change your kids. Thanks guys, GJ“
“One of the best Starbucks locations in Richmond. They always get my order right, they are super friendly, be it at 6am or 5pm, and they always offer a pup cup when they see my dog. They also might be one of the very few of their locations that doesn't burn their coffee. I may or may not have moved to the area just to be closer to them.“
“This might be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. Which isn’t saying the others were bad. This one was just better. There is a new manager with pins on his hat, sorry I can’t remember the name, who says he loves a store with a drive threw and it shows. Five people and I challenge another five person team work as efficiently as they did while still being a delight first thing in the morning. I don’t know your names but hopefully you know who you are. Keep up the amazing work. I’ll stop by Gaskins anytime I’m near Short pump and want a delicious Chai Latte.“
“I just went through drive through and got a couple drinks. The drive through line off the street and the exit from onto the one way street are kinda tight. Service was good but was not asked if I'd like my receipt by the window trainee. I would have liked it.“
“I know there is unrest in the company, as it is all over vlogs, blogs, and social media. This store seemed unscathed and employs a staff of personable, kind, and funny staff. I appreciate their interactions, and already always chipper and sweet. They helped me navigate my dietary restrictions. I love the coconut milk with my usual order. I was just told to avoid dairy, so for the first time, I tried my drink with coconut milk.“
“Just went to this Starbucks inside of Target. First time at this location. I ordered a coffee that I typically get, and the person who made it somehow made it the best that I have ever had at any Starbucks. Must have added extra love or care. I believe their name was Jen. “There seems to be a permanent shortage of cinnamon-raisin bagels, my favorite!About atmosphere:I fully understand the change in interior furnishings to encourage more rapid turnover of occupancy and increase business, but I have to say, knowing that it won't result in any change, that I much preferred the softer seating and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere that were present prior to the change of business plan to increase drive-by ordering.“
“Very quaint very cute very sweet a little story we have here and the woman that was managing it took my shepsky cocoa and I with a very customer service friendly the service was top-notch show that early in the morning doing it all which I can definitely appreciate and respect I would if you're in that area definitely worth a stop in if you're into Starbucks there is no drive-thru so that's the kick in catch but again college kids it's in a perfect and very quaint little part of town that's very nice and cleanParking: Street park8ng is how I was able to easily find dead front of the entrance but I was her first customer that morning and u haven't been there anytime other than that one. So I'm not sure how busy the parking may get but the have a medium good size lot to the side of the shop8ng strip and in the front along the street.Kid-friendliness: Yeah just like any other Starbucks not going to be a No-No for kids to go into it's just not a big sit down with drive-thru type of Starbucks is very small and really nice and chill with Lobby in the front I definitely kid friendly but nothing for them to do in there if that be the case I'll just leave them in the car if you can it's not just be kind of bored looking at everything but I love bringing my dog in there with me so“
“Cool beans! They love us here!! Located in the Publix Store, this small Starbucks is big on service! This is basically a carry out coffee station, but you can certainly go sit in the Publix café area to sip your brew. I work nearby so this is one of my most frequented coffee/tea spots. Almost daily one of my coworkers goes for a coffee run here and the baristas have gotten our orders down packed! They keep us grounded for sure! The staff here is very patient and efficient, especially if we have a big order or we stock up in gift cards! The travel cup and mug selection is limited due to the small space, but they have some cute items for sale. Although the bakery case is limited as well, I love to have a slice of their moist pumpkin bread with my tea. On occasion I will order one of their seasonal coffees, but I prefer the teas! They accept Apple Pay and don't forget to use your Starbucks app for points towards free beverages! Mugs and kisses ;-)“
“Sometimes Starbucks inside stores just aren't the same as stand alone Starbucks. This one is an exception. They're always friendly, clean, well stocked, and every time I've gotten a drink from them it's been exactly what you expect from Starbucks?“
“For some reason my mobile order was not received on the Cafe motor so I had to see people come and go but the host noticed and told the manager who came and asked me which I appreciated that she cared enough to notice that I was stranded.Thanks for that.“
“The dining area looked like a storage area. There were lots of boxes of product stacked around the dining area. The staff was nice and my Carmel crunch Frappuccino was good except that they didn't have the topping for on it. They ask me if I still wanted it before making the order, so that was good. Otherwise an average visit for a Starbucks.“

“Very excellent and convenient location. This is my go-to Starbucks when in Richmond on business. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The inside is very clean and the ambiance is typical suburban Starbucks. For the high amount of traffic it receives I'm surprised how well they keep pace. I'd say their coffees and sandwiches are well on par with what you'd expect from any good location. Their online ordering pick-up is very fast as well. Ample parking. Highly recommended.“
“Got the total Starbucks experience. The barista LC's smile was contagious, which is hard for me before coffee. lol Great selection of pastries, clean and organized store. LC's positivity is a great way to start your day. The only disappointment is there was no tip jar to leave a tip.“

“The devil works hard but the baristas at this Starbucks work harder. My drinks are always made well and made quickly. I actually feel a little guilty every time I come here because there's usually about 15 people in line and 5 baristas running around behind the counter. 10/10“
“This is my favorite Starbucks in Charlottesville. The one at 250 bypass & Emmet Street is so crowded and the parking lot is awful. This location has plenty of parking, the crew does their best to get you your drinks quickly, and they've been open during bad weather and holidays when other Starbucks in Charlottesville aren't.“
“A chill Starbucks located conveniently near testing area. It’s like a 3 minute drive away. Which is good, especially if you’re waiting and don’t want to wait in the stuffy testing area, that literally looks like it’s still under construction. The employee were quick to notice when I walked in and gave me my time to stare down the menu, deciding on what to get. You know some places rushes you to order, they say they’ll give you time, but stare dagger at you as you decide, haha. I order a simple Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade with light ice. Easy, simple, and ready in a jiffy. Some nice comfortable chair to sit at as you use their free wi-fi. Other than that, not amazing, but still great compare to other places.I will pop by if I am ever in the area taking another test. Also decent amount of parking space.“

“Been at the hospital all week with family in ICU. I have been so thankful for the much needed coffee, kind workers, and quick service. Only one day was it really slow BUT they were training so I totally understood and had no issue waiting. Looks nice and has lots of sitting room.“
“Ever since the remolding was done my drinks have been great! The staff is great and friendly. They work well together especially when they are busy. I know it can be stressful making drinks when super busy but the drinks are great and it helps the staff when the customers are patient and courteous. “So I read all of the reviews from the last year before I walked in the store this morning. A lot of the reviews were from the last 2 months so I was prepared to potentially have a rough experience. Well my experience today was the absolute opposite. I was smiled at, my drink was made perfectly and in a timely fashion. There were no attitudes, my points were used and I ended up earning some as well.Gary, Skye, Val, and Kristen were working when I came in. They were working hard to complete orders, smiled at every customer, the bathroom was clean as was the “dining” area.The people working in any type of customer service job are just that; people. Sometimes people are having a rough day. This does not excuse poor service but I believe that remembering this will help the experience still be positive. Just be kind. Think about how you would like to be treated is you were standing behind that counter. ?“
