I visited the location recently and encountered service that left me feeling overlooked and concerned about potential racial bias. Upon entering, a staff member was visibly busy and, without making eye contact, mentioned they would attend to me shortly. Horrible experience if you are hard of hearing! The rock music is SO LOUD that I couldn't understand my partner sitting right next to me on the couch! Service was bad too.Go to the Broad and Tuckernuck location, they're great.
