Updating this review: I never got a hold of corporate or a manager at the store via phone. I stopped by a week later and the manager was very accommodating and remade the order, no questions asked. 4-star, not 5 because it would have been great for someone to answer their phone.
7/25/20: We ordered online & picked our order up curbside. Our food was fresh and delicious. They ran out of my favorite blueberry muffins, but that's what I get for getting there at 3 pm. It is located in the busy Willow Lawn shopping center & they don't have a drive thru window. This isn't the cheapest place to eat. I got a kids meal with chicken noodle soup & Chips, and I paid $5.19 + tax for that tiny cup. I would recommend this location if you're in the area.
