The place was dirty.Every. Single. Table. Was. Dirty.I've never seen a Panera like it. It was a hot mess, inside a dumpster fire, inside a train wreck.Plus, most of their food items were cleaned out by 5pm. The staff was just standing around joking with one another. Why work or clean when the management under baked for the day causing massive shortages?!In short, horribly managed store.

The lady behind the counter was gracious. The croissant, even late in the day, was fresh and scrumptious. They were out of light roast, but the dark roast didn't taste burnt. The ambiance is what you would expect. Clean, quiet, generic. I met with my friend, we had a nice game of chess and good conversation. What more can you ask of a chain coffee shop? I'm a devotee of local, but sometimes convenient wins.
Chicken noodle soup had about 6 noodles and a few pieces of carrot. Mostly broth.

I don’t know what has happened, this Panera used to be great. They are now incapable of getting a single order right or cooking them correctly. They also don’t understand the difference in “grilled cheese” and dry toasted bread. The grilled cheese sandwiches come out as cold deli sandwiches, burnt on top and cold in the middle, or on dry stale bread and cold in the middle. No melted cheese, no butter on the bread, and when you say it was a grilled cheese they just stare blankly at you like you’re from a different planet. When you add turkey it used to be the best sandwich there but three strikes and they’re out. We’ll be going elsewhere.

Poor service, cashier associate didn't even acknowledge or even try to help. Stood In like for almost 10 mins just to not be helped until I had to get loud and say something. I really hate being that guy. Date of incident 1/2/24

Associate seemed bored and uninterested , speaking so low can barely hear her over her gum smacking . Had a discount on my account and she intentionally used it without telling me , so now I don’t have that reward to use for later .
