Looked for a well rated Starbucks during a trip through the Richmond area. Love that it’s at the VCU student center! Parking right outside. She made me a great peppermint mocha. Friendly service too.
I work right across the street, I'm always in and out of this Starbucks. the employees are always very personable and polite. I never wait longer than 3-4 minutes to receive my drink so that's always great

The girl working (dyed red hair) was very rude. She acted like I was interrupting her when I went to place my order. Coffee was cold. No smiles or “ Thank You”. Companies do not need employees like this.
