This location actually had the Petite vanilla bean scones in stock for my visit. I can never seem to catch them at other locations. Everyone I encountered was friendly and the other customers seemed very relaxed and doing their work or meetings.
It's not my go-to coffee brand, but I've been here a few times because of the convenient location. It's always busy in the drive thru, but I've gotten relatively quick service by going into the store and ordering at the counter. The employees are patient and very hard working, juggling in person and mobile orders at the same time. Very excellent and convenient location. This is my go-to Starbucks when in Richmond on business. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The inside is very clean and the ambiance is typical suburban Starbucks. For the high amount of traffic it receives I'm surprised how well they keep pace. I'd say their coffees and sandwiches are well on par with what you'd expect from any good location. Their online ordering pick-up is very fast as well. Ample parking. Highly recommended.
