“We were traveling and needed a coffee break and a quick restroom break. The place was clean, including the bathroom. The staff were friendly, even though they had 30 minutes left until closing. You’ll need a code to access the restroom. Overall, it was a good experience.“

“Always excellent service at this Starbucks, particularly by Cam (cameron). He always makes you feel special, he is kind. As important, Cam is very competent. For example, my coffee beans are ground exactly the way I like it. No second guessing. Thank you!“

“Nathaniel did amazing!!! As I pulled up to the speaker board I was greeted by an enthusiastic, professional, and kind voice. He assisted me with ease and made sure I was enjoying myself as I ordered my beverage. Most Starbucks that I go to today are not as kind and get annoyed with my beverage choice. This was not that kind of Starbucks today and I am ever so grateful.“

“My husband and I went through the drive-thru. I normally just get black coffee, but I wanted something a little sweet. The lady on headset told us to let her know if we needed any help, so we asked her for a recommendation. She was so sweet, asked us a few questions, and gave us a recommendation that we ordered. She was very patient and made us a delicious coffee. I have had good experiences at other stores, but she went above and beyond with customer service.“

“This is my go to Starbucks location when I am in Fredericksburg. It's not that I prefer Starbucks drinks over other coffee shops in the area, but the atmosphere here is why it’s my go to remote work stop. The baristas here are so personal and generous (shout out to Alexis!). The drinks are always well done and the wait times are reasonable and quick! This location is like a well-oiled machine (plus friendly customer service)!“

“This Starbucks is pretty good. But not the best. Space around this location is cramped. And I don’t like parking here. But orders typically come out fast and employees are generally nice every time I come.
For This location I would recommend more merchandise options. Just to vary from surrounding locations. As well as an invasion and take over of the parking spaces from the surrounding stores to make this location more accessible for people who want to park and sit inside.“

“Since I live down the street from this Starbucks, it’s convenient for me to come here everyday! Drive thru is what I usually do, and get great customer service. I’ve been in the building a couple times and I got “hello welcome to Starbucks”. Overall being a local for this location has been great!“

“Stopped by the Starbucks in Fredericksburg and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and it was made perfectly—great flavor and just the right balance of coffee and caramel. If you’re in the area and looking for a good coffee stop, I definitely recommend it.“

“Seeing a bunch of negative comments went to see for myself… hands down the best Starbucks in the Spotsylvania area! They do get a lot of business and I see now it’s for a reason!!! The staff are so sweet and welcoming everyone works so hard! Great Job Breezewood baristas I will be a regular!!!“

“the food and atmosphere was good and relaxing. would recommend to all traveler's. a lot of folks doing the app for pre order and pick up. really clean too. easy to get in and out and has drive thru if needed. staff paid attention to walk-ins. sometimes that can be an issue.“

“Whether we are on the way to clean gutters or coming back from a gutter guard installation we love stopping at Starbucks for a quick pick me up. The great service and caffeine gives us the energy we need for a full day of work. Now with a new location right down the street from our office it will be impossible to stay “
“There is a starbucks about 5 closer to my family, but the service and quality of food is much better here so I always take the extra time to come to this location instead. This location is not perfect, but they actually make an effort to any drinks or issues I’ve had in the past. 5/5 I will continue to support this location. Would still love to see the increase in prices slow down though“
