Ordered on the ap and waited 20 minutes while people who walked in and paid cash were served faster than me. Coffee was cold when I finally got it. Service super unfriendly , they don't like middle aged business people there just green haired hipsters. Sorry you hate your parents I just want a coffee please.
Jalyn is amazing and really made my experience
i got delivery on doordash, the lady who picked up the phone was so sweet !!! I asked her if i could get a cup of water with my order and she said yes, and that she’ll keep a lookout for my name. I love customer service like that, it made my whole morning. Then someone wrote my name in a fancy cute font and put a mini heart. Its so pretty !! I just got my drinks and THEY DREW THE CUTEST FLOWER ON ITTT AND MY NAME IS GORGEOUS. This made my whole WEEK.
