This might be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. Which isn’t saying the others were bad. This one was just better. There is a new manager with pins on his hat, sorry I can’t remember the name, who says he loves a store with a drive threw and it shows. Five people and I challenge another five person team work as efficiently as they did while still being a delight first thing in the morning. I don’t know your names but hopefully you know who you are. Keep up the amazing work. I’ll stop by Gaskins anytime I’m near Short pump and want a delicious Chai Latte.

@Starbucks y'all need to give Jackie a raise ASAP!!! Buy her a car!!! Put $50k in her kids' college fund!!! Give her two paid weeks off!! Girlie is carrying this whole store, whipping out drinks left & right, knows customers by name, professional & polite but friendly and spirited at the same time, keeping the team moving and hyping ppl up. The entire staff is working hard here, but Jackie woke up and said "I'm gonna work harder," and I just hope she knows it's seen & appreciated.

I'm usually not a person that complains. However my experience today was very frustrating. I hadn't planned on doing there but on the spur of the moment I thought why not, I hadn't had Starbucks since well before the pandemic. I'm not a coffee drinker but I do like the Frappuccino. So i go in and place an order. Now I know they are busy, they have a drive thru as well as people placing orders in the app. But the amount of time I had to wait for a very simple order was be frustrating. It was at the point that i had gotten back in line and was going to cancel my order. I needed to get to work and it was close to time for me to be there. Thankfully my job is very close. As I was waiting my name was called. I say all of that too say this. Just because I ordered in store doesn't make my order or my time less important that this that order in the app. I placed my order at 9:05 approximately. It was almost 25 minutes before I got my order. That is not acceptable. I know your guys are busy. But so are your customers. So now I know. This is not the place for me if i want a quick breakfast.

It's always so nice to see the smiling faces at this location. The staff is nice & I love going in there and seeing the smile on the manager, Kerisha. She always has a smile and takes care of her customers ❤️Thank you for your wonderful service ?
