i got delivery on doordash, the lady who picked up the phone was so sweet !!! I asked her if i could get a cup of water with my order and she said yes, and that she’ll keep a lookout for my name. I love customer service like that, it made my whole morning. Then someone wrote my name in a fancy cute font and put a mini heart. Its so pretty !! I just got my drinks and THEY DREW THE CUTEST FLOWER ON ITTT AND MY NAME IS GORGEOUS. This made my whole WEEK.
I'm a SBUX partner from Florida, visiting Virginia for speech and debate nationals. I went in and was welcomed by the team; my order was taken with care and I got a double toasted sandwich and a drink. The food was amazing and everyone was very enthusiatic when talking to me. This was one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to. I say that primarily because of the staff. They greeted me when I walked in, remembered my name the whole time I was there working, and made the experience very special. Sitting there for a little bit, they knew multiple regulars by name as they walked in and had a ton of rapport. They also walked your order around the counter and bring it out to you. It was really cool to see
