“I am a daily Starbucks visitor and I have been to many locations. This one is by far my Favorite. I pass two other locations on my way to work But choose to stop at this one because of the friendly staff and everyone seems to care about my coffee being correct(Because I’m picky about my coffee!)“
“Love this Starbucks. By far the best one in town. The staff and atmosphere is great. We came on a Tuesday afternoon and ordered a drink which was amazing. We drank our drink and went back up to get a cake pop which the lady ended up giving us an extra. 2 cake pops. Best Starbucks“

“Bought my drink at powhatan Starbucks and it didn’t taste right. Didn’t have time to go back so stopped at Westchester Starbucks and told them and said I don’t mind paying for it again because it came from a different store. They said no need and remade it for free and it was perfect. Thank you so much!!“
“This Starbucks location is lucky enough to have a barista named Jules…Jules not only makes the most delicious drinks on planet earth (I’m talking soul touching), but they also are such a genuine human that brings a smile to your face no matter what kind of day you’re having. Kudos to Jules and your positive impact on people!“
“This is my go to Starbucks when I'm in or near Westchester. Customer service rates above 5 stars and beverage accuracy is up there too. NOTE While there is also a stand alone store in this shopping center their parking is horrific and customer service is merely okay.“
“You can tell that there is some unrest in the company. The employees deserve better than what Startbucks is doing to them. Their tomato and mozzarella sandwich looks delicious, but when I ordered it, it looked nothing like the picture, and tasted like it was frozen, and rubbery bread.“
“so….while I do agree with most of these reviews about this location being slow & not having their act together…I must give a HUGE shout out to Calvin for being man enough to own his mistake today…I ordered a delivery to my work which is 5 minutes from this location because I’m insanely busy at my job first thing in the morning…& when it got delivered only one item was delivered.I was missing MY coffee…so my boss was nice enough to say well run up & get it…& when I arrived I told them what happened & Calvin didn’t hesitate in saying “ that was my mistake”…& made my coffee & gave me a voucher toward my next drink. So accountability is HUGE for me in a world where you don’t see much of it. Calvin your Momma raised you right! & This Starbucks is very lucky to have you!!!“
