Starbucks in Midlothian

“Me and my dad went to Starbucks!!!! My dad was so offended that they did not have the 1971 cup because it is like really special to him!!!! Look at the picture to see for yourself!!! I ended up getting something with a lot of espresso because I knew the way back with my offended dad would be rough 😶‍🌫️ thankfully he soon got over it and is ready to go back to see if they have one now!!! Way to go dad!!!❤️“

“Very great experience here it was my birthday and wanted my birthday drink but since I hadn’t used the app in a long time I didn’t have it available but the manger still allowed me to get the drink when he didn’t have to he was very kind and staff was also very friendly and amazing“

“I am a daily Starbucks visitor and I have been to many locations. This one is by far my Favorite. I pass two other locations on my way to work But choose to stop at this one because of the friendly staff and everyone seems to care about my coffee being correct(Because I’m picky about my coffee!)“

“I’ve been coming to this location for the past three years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so welcoming, kind, and friendly. Today i decided to stop by again, about 20 minutes before closing and ordered the S’mores Chai, and it was honestly one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. It was absolutely delicious! “so….while I do agree with most of these reviews about this location being slow & not having their act together…I must give a HUGE shout out to Calvin for being man enough to own his mistake today…I ordered a delivery to my work which is 5 minutes from this location because I’m insanely busy at my job first thing in the morning…& when it got delivered only one item was delivered.I was missing MY coffee…so my boss was nice enough to say well run up & get it…& when I arrived I told them what happened & Calvin didn’t hesitate in saying “ that was my mistake”…& made my coffee & gave me a voucher toward my next drink. So accountability is HUGE for me in a world where you don’t see much of it. Calvin your Momma raised you right! & This Starbucks is very lucky to have you!!!“
