“Service was fast and easy. No waiting in lines in the drive thru or anything.Not docking any stars because this was truly my fault, but I wish that they had double checked that I didn’t want any sweetener in my latte, but I did not think of the fact that I had to request it, so I got a latte with no sugar/flavor which was very different from what I was expecting. Maybe this is normal practice as I don’t visit Starbucks often, but maybe just having them double check on my order or repeat my order back and mention that I had ordered no sweetener/flavors. Definitely not their fault, but just might be nice to have them ask in the future.“
“Ok Starbucks. I have been sick with a very very bad cough. It hurt to cough and the more I cough the more my throat hurt. I had tea, soup, medicine but it wasn't until my sister said get "honey citrus mint tea" with extra lemonade. After drinking it while nice and hot the coughing stopped. After about 3 hours it came back but not back to back none stop. So now I cough once or twice then it may be 30 or 40 minutes before another light cough comes through. Believe it or not my coughing was none stop like a smokers cough and I don't smoke. I believe I have the flu. Cudos to this tea. I will get another cup tomorrow and hopefully the cough will go away completely. You just don't know the pain I was in before this tea and I really don't like tea. I wanted a large but I only had enough at the time for a medium. Maybe if I had the large the cough would have been gone.“
“Shortest time I ever had to wait on a drink, and it tasted phenomenal! The workers were sweet making the whole experience nice. Plus the whole area didn't have an overpowering smell of coffee, it was very light ^^ totally recommend coming here, also try cookie crumble frap <3.“
“This is by far the best Starbucks around! Amanda is amazing and so is everyone else I have encountered here. My order is always right and even when an item is out of stock the staff (specifically Amanda) has gone above and beyond to make a drink for me that I like. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service!!“
“You can tell that there is some unrest in the company. The employees deserve better than what Startbucks is doing to them. Their tomato and mozzarella sandwich looks delicious, but when I ordered it, it looked nothing like the picture, and tasted like it was frozen, and rubbery bread.“
“Had a great experience tonight at this Starbucks. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and it would’ve been a 30 minute drive in the rain. The barista was so nice and got my order in there and didn’t make me double pay. It was so sweet.“
“I love this Kroger! The staff is super nice, and always ask if I need help, or how I'm doing. I recently couldn't find tahini - a kind gentleman helped me find it and even though he didn't know where exactly it was, he still walked with me through all the suspected aisles until we found it. One opportunity for improvement: seems like this store can run low on produce on busy days which is really just a grocery store standard issue, but other than that, store is clean, bright, and employees are so friendly. Selection is very good.“
“This is a nice location in the middle of lots of shopping in the Westchester Shopping center. Drive thru or pick up inside, lines usually move fast. They make my cappuccino perfect ?and don’t mind giving me water for my doggies. The staff is always friendly and laid back! See you soon! ❤️“
