Employees could be more polite and professional. Which leads to the drinks at this particular location not to be as good as other star bucks. I Personally recommend the Star bucks located in Mechanicsville VA beside Fed ex.
I just want to say that the Mechanicsville Starbucks it's full of amazing employees! I feel like Norm from cheers everytime me and Smokey Joe, my service dog enter the establishment! the kindness and consideration alone make it five stars hands down!

There was only one worker at the time (Andrew) and he is not customer friendly. I ordered cake pops and three drinks. After my drinks were made I mentioned my two cake pops, but I was rudely interrupted but him saying "well I just made your drinks it takes a second." I also had another not so pleasant experience with him in the past where he was talking bad about one co worker to another very loudly around customers. Very unprofessional
