Starbucks Reviews
I have been on the fence about leaving a review. But someone once said “It can’t be fixed, if no one knows it is broke“. Over the last 4 months the service here has dropped tremendously. There is not one given day or time the drive thru is backed up around the building. Inside waiting is more than 10 minutes at any given time of day or week. The thought was due to all the holiday drinks but IMO I feel it is the lack of employees. I have been coming here for over a year...read full review

Starbucks Coffee Company is a very busy location, but this is typical for the brand. Many customers visit daily or every weekday morning, often using the drive-through or placing mobile orders in advance to save time. The staff is consistently described as amazing, super nice, pleasant, friendly, kind, and engaging, often providing great service with a positive attitude even when busy. Several team members are noted for knowing regular customers' orders by name and making drinks perfectly, with specific praise for making coffee perfect and adding extra details like more chocolate drizzle.
The location is kept very clean every day. Service is also noted as being very fast. However, there have been occasional mistakes with orders, such as receiving a Pumpkin Spice coffee instead of a Carmel Macchiato, or a Sausage Cheddar no egg sandwich that was very hard and inedible. In these instances, the staff will remake the coffee when asked. A problem with contacting the store by phone, with no answer or voicemail, has also been reported. Despite these occasional issues, many customers consider it their all-time favorite Starbucks, with some calling it the one thing they do for themselves.
