I only rate Four stars because i did not have any food. The service was friendly and prompt. The interior was clean and bright.Update: we have come back twice even though this is not the closest SB. I have gotten breakfast twice and i must say it was delicious. Much better than expected. I got the double smoked bacon with egg on a croissant. This location of Starbucks is unique. I used the drive thru because I didn't want to get out of my car. The staff were friendly and up front that they were running behind. It was expected. The parking lot to get to the drive thru was a MADHOUSE!This isn't anything against the store. The property owner clearly doesn't care about customers. This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Best customer service, best tasting mocha latte, and best atmosphere. I live in Norfolk and prefer this location over any I’ve ever been to! And, this is all consistent, which implies great management. Thanks staff, for being so friendly and making great drinks!
