First time at this Starbucks. The line was wrapped around the building, to the point you could barely turn right into the parking lot. So, I parked and went in. The app said it would be a 10-13 minutes for the order to be ready. Instead I ordered directly from the cashier. Drink was ready in less than 2 minutes. My usual iced caramel macchiato was absolutely AMAZINGGGG..!!
Best Starbucks Ever! These Workers Work Extremely Hard & Are the Very Sweetest & So Attentive! I Am a Customer & I also deliver as a side gig & this location is by far the Greatest & Cleaners in Norfolk!!! The Last Two Weekends I've Been Here as a Customer & Delivery Driver & I Just want to say Thank you to these Amazing Workers!!! They are some Hard Working - Fast Paced Individuals!!! Thank you All Please Don't Forget to Tip these Amazing Workers!!!!

I’ve stopped by this Starbucks several times with large and complex orders and I am so impressed every time at how quick and kind they are! Each and every time my order comes out perfectly and is delicious. Also I once forgot to snag my receipt and came back later on and he remembered my name without even asking - and I was a drive through order! I cannot recommend this location nor these baristas enough. Best Starbucks!
