Starbucks Coffee Company offers a generally positive experience with friendly and fast morning crew and a clean, relaxing environment. The drive-thru is well-rated, especially compared to other locations like Target Starbucks. Customers enjoy their drinks, such as the pistachio latte, which is often praised for its quality. However, there are occasional issues with consistency, with some orders being overcooked, cold, or made incorrectly. While the staff are usually courteous, some customers have experienced rudeness from others in line. Despite these minor concerns, Starbucks provides a comfortable place to enjoy hot coffee or iced drinks after being outside in cold weather, making it a popular spot for a quick coffee break.
