I had a mobile order that I went to retrieve from the drive thru tonight. Something was wrong with the speaker or the head set, they couldn’t hear me. Once I informed Mr. Anthony the name on my order he assured me that he would bring it outside but at this point it’s started raining. I appreciate him he brought my order outside in the rain and kept it dry as he gave me my order with an extra nugget for the wait.
