My family used to go there multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt; however, it didn't work out as the atmosphere have work drama. A relative of mine would ask the staff to stir the chili as we ordered the chili and it always ended up being a watered down chili, they didn't take the suggestion to heart and we ended up with a watered-down chili. The sandwich and burgers were fine; however, they were often mixed up that they made two sandwich that was spicy when it supposed to be one spicy and the other non-spicy.My family stopped going there.

Honestly one of the worst Wendy’s. They mess up my food every single time. They make you wait and wait just to mess up your stuff. Most people in drive through are rude as hell and you can tell they don’t want to even be there. I bit into my food and found a fake nail like that’s sad.

Breakfast for my family was cold and not fresh at all this morning!!! The drive thru lady missed a part of our order and had us to pull up and wait, only to receive cold food. We were in a hurry trying to get to church on time. If we had time, I would have gave the food back and asked for a refund. We will not be back at this location anymore. By the way, the doors were locked at 8:30 am in the morning when my daughter wanted to use the restroom.

The manager working at 2 pm on 24Feb24 was truly a piece of work. At the order radio we asked for a large water, get to the window to see the manager facetiming and ignoring us. She then hands us a small water, and we asked her to change it to a large and she starts arguing with us about the cost. We said we had no problem paying the difference, even though our receipt rang up a large water. She still continued to argue with us at the window which was really stressful because I just wanted a water I don’t know why she was fighting with me. $3 and a nasty attitude from the manager later I finally got my water I originally asked for when I placed my order.
