I was told that my credit card wasn’t processing correctly and to put my card through again. I was double charged for the visit $10.99 and when the extra charge was discovered on my credit card statement I was told by an employee on the phone that I would have to come by in person to discuss. I would have to drive 120 miles! Called Starbucks customer service and they said they couldn’t confirm the charge because I didn’t use the app to place my order….even after I provided...read full review
