I placed an order via the BK app. The order receipt was correct, but it was incorrectly assembled (1 wrong sandwich & 1 missing sandwich). The store manager was rude and arrogant and would not correct the order, stating that they're not responsible for the mobile app. However, the app generated the correct order -- they just didn't assemble it correctly. How is this place still open. Rude associates, sometimes you can’t even go in and they open whenever they want! COVID IS OVER PROPLE! Will someone from corporate please read these comments and visit this filth location. Might do you some good and open your eyes.
