On Feb 8th, I ordered a drink at a different Starbucks location and it tasted bitter and not like it normally does. I went to this location to see if they could fix it and I was not disappointed! Keely offered to fix my drink and made it just how I wanted. This location never dissapoints and has a great staff. Keep up the good work!

i love this starbucks. they never let me down and are so sweet in there. i can’t remember her name, but a barista took my order and was very sweet! she wore glasses and had a name tag with flowers on it and i think short hair. she was a sweetheart and it was very appreciative. the drinks are always good and everyone is nice, so i highly recommend. everyone is sweet as hell and they make a hell of a drink!
This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I have been to Starbuck locations all across the US and all across the world, and this location in Williamsburg VA is the worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. It was my birthday the other day and the drive thru worker didn't wish me happy birthday and was especially rude and did not even extend basic greetings like have a good one or something. I went again this morning and the lady kept correcting me through the drive thru asking me if I really wanted a chestnut praline macchiato and kept correcting me about my pronunciation of it. She also got my drinks wrong. When I got to the window she was even ruder and refused to give me a drink carrier. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs and drive the five extra minutes for a better drink and better customer service. This Starbucks is also NEVER busy I wonder why...

HERES MY DRINK I DESIGNED and its AMAZING!!!!Hey Yall I don't drink coffee and I wanted something other than my normal Medicine Ball Tea I was getting everyday when the pumpkin season took over. I decided to make a drinkable Oatmeal Apple Cinnamon drink, and BAYBAYYYYY its the bomb!!! I'm going to add my photo so you can order you one. This starbucks Team knocks it out the box for me every single day! This team is made up of superheros! During the week they flow so fast, and even on the weekends with less staff they are the best! Stop by and ask for Vashionas drink! Thats me!!!

The 3 ladies working tonight treated me to a special shaken espresso drink made with blonde espresso and sweetened with brown sugar and vanilla syrups. I was dragging on the drive home from a work trip in Richmond, and really needed the pick me up. Their hospitality stood out as a top Starbucks experience. Thank you ladies!

Wait times for any types of orders (mobile or in-store) at this particular location are always ridiculously long…unfortunate. I overheard others on this visit stating that they were already waiting for 40 mins for their few items. For me, I ordered via mobile approx. 10 mins prior to arrival and then still had to wait another 20 mins in store. Whether a staffing issue and/or possible management issue, hopefully this local store to me can eventually get it together.

Despite a constant long line, everyone in this store is ALWAYS incredibly nice & efficient! They’re so very sweet and if there’s every any inconvenience (which is rare) they make up for it tenfold!
Didn't go inside. The drive thru was faster than expected. When I ordered extra caramel I got EXTRA caramel!
