The entrance is funky to access and the parking layout is odd, but the shop looks updated and presented nicely. Service at the counter can be slow and unfriendly, yet the order of a small black coffee and a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich was quick and tasty, redeeming the visit. Early morning, staff drew hearts and smiling faces on drinks for a birthday, making the day happier. A barista was praised for exceeding expectations and for handling customer care and leading a team. Another employee provided specialized customer service, recommending options and tailoring a drink to fit preferences, earning five stars. Cappuccinos were spot on and service was excellent; staff were friendly and welcoming. The establishment is clean and comfortable, offering a great experience. Recent visits show most of the team is kind, polite, and professional, though one barista can be loud, noisy, and rude, making visits less pleasant. In contrast, another barista is sweet, helpful, polite, and genuinely pleasant.
