This is genuinely the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Used to work at a chipotle myself so I know how they are supposed to be run and the staff here is consistently failing. Lines are frequently 30+ minutes long despite being obviously over staffed with random employees standing around doing nothing. What is really going on at this location? The Williamsburg location. I went on a Sunday evening and spent almost 30 minutes in line without ever making it to the front. The place looked so unkempt. Tickets were all over the floor, empty sauce bottles were sitting around, and employees were handling food without hair nets.
