I need to tell you about my first visit to the Capitol pancake house. Ann provided excellent customer service. And the food was cooked perfectly and very delicious. On top of all that I didn't have to wait long at all for my food maybe 5 minutes.
Will say that our order came out super fast and when you're hungry and ready to eat that makes a guy happy. I got a breakfast burrito that was pretty tasty but a few of the others I was with said their food didn't have much flavor. We've only been here twice but I've enjoyed it both times. Was easy on the wallet and service was great!

I've only ever had breakfast here, but I've never been disappointed. The menu is large, and so are the portions. A party of 2 with average appetites could easily split the breakfast platter and be quite satisfied. If you happen to have a gluten allergy, they do a good job with substitutions and preventing cross contamination. I actually look forward to the gluten free waffles.
