I literally make the half hour drive just to satisfy this craving. It is THAT good y'all! Even on their busiest day, the service is impeccable. Someone is always checking on you and the owner even stops by the tables to have a quick chat with diners. It's amazing!The only complaint I have is that I wish it was closer to home, but if it was, I'd probably go broke dining there every day.Also, the bartender made the most delicious virgin ginger mojito I've ever tasted and the piece of sugar cane reminds me of home! “Ask for Kristy if you go!! The hostess that seated us could use some training as she had an attitude with us when we politely asked to switch tables, she threw the menus on the table and walked away. Kristy came and saved the experience for us though! We come at least once a year and she’s by far the best server we’ve had. We both got steaks this time and they were cooked very well, but the Brussels sprouts live in my mind they are so good!”

“I lived in PA for 40+ years and have eaten at almost every decent Philly Cheese Steak shop between Philly and Harrisburg. Tip: The best Philly cheese steak is in Harrisburg and Hampden Township.Rick's makes a pretty good cheese steak. The rolls aren't quite as good as Philly Amoroso rolls. But they are dense and support the cheese steak well. Nice crust and chewy texture. High quality meat and lots of it! Most beef I've ever had on a quality cheese steak. I prefer provolone, onions, sauce and light hot peppers. Rick's mixes the cheese into everything on the grill, including the sauce. I prefer the sauce poured over the steak in the hoagie roll. Sauce maintains it's flavor that way. But all in all, an excellent cheese steak.French fries were slightly under done. Need to be crispier with more color. Fries are large crinkle cut.Server was friendly and efficient. Knew his product well. The restaurant was clean and bright. Apparently it has been recently remodeled. Steady stream of business on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of parking.We'll be back!”

Worth noting, reservations are required to sit inside. However, the manager, Tyler, is outstanding! And the service and food continue to impress.”

“Ordered the fajitas for two special for $24.99 to go. I couldn't believe how generous the servings were and to get beef, chicken and shrimp for this price is unbeatable. The taste and quality were outstanding. The small restaurant is located in a shopping strip and was packed. This restaurant needs to be in a space with at least 2 times its' current capacity. The staff kept me in the loop on my order status while I was waiting.”

“As a Cuban who has lived in Richmond for the past two years, I have been so disappointed by the lack of authentic Cuban cuisine and false advertisement of such at certain restaurants. Ironically enough, having been at a “Cuban” restaurant for breakfast led me to research actual authentic Cuban cuisine, which is how I found K’Bola. We drove an hour out to Williamsburg just to have our cravings satisfied and it did not disappoint! The food is absolutely delicious, 100% authentic, and the service is 10/10. We will definitely be coming back for more and don’t mind making the drive at all. So worth it!”

“The ambience and decor was lovely and comfortable. Our waiter Carlos was very genial and helpful. The food came very quickly. I had scallops, corn, grits, and green beans. That were the best scallops I have ever had an addition scallops or plentiful amazingly. It was all delicious with green beans and vegetables all cooked perfectly and tasty Had fried green tomatoes. I asked to speak to the chef who is Ken Brown. He was very generous with his time to spend a few minutes with us. My husband had tuna with Matt and cheese, which was delicious. We had complementary cornbread and hush puppies to begin with we have been in many five star restaurants , and this was the best food we’ve ever had”

“From ambiance & wafting aromas when you first walk in to receiving your meal everything is great. Quick & attentive service & friendly and calm environment with intimate dim lighting and inviting decor. My favorite dish is the curry goat (spice level 3 is perfect for me- I love hot dishes) plus garlic naan bread. Pear + honey ice cream dessert is delicious and unique! Definitely suggest to all, less busy throughout the week & busier on the weekends, delicious either days.”

“Came here after an unpleasant experience next door at Olive Garden. Restaurant closes at 10pm. We had a party of 8 and walked in around 8:25pm. We had left Olive Garden due to them making us feel unwelcome for coming in so late with a large party. Our server Juliette at Carrabbas was amazing. She was very sweet and attentive to us, even being close to closing time. The manager Rachel was awesome as well! We thanked her and her staff for a great dining experience. Thank you Carrabba's! Eat here instead of the Olive Garden better staff, better atmosphere.”

“Absolutely a must do if you are in Colonial Williamsburg. Authentic experience complete with music, colonial dress and even a few other suprises that only enhance the overall vibe. I wasn't sure what to expect from the menu as the offerings weren't as numerous as one might expect. We had the Chicken, and To Fry Fish and both were 6 Stars on a 5 Star scale. Cannot wait to go back!!”

“We've been here for breakfast several times and have never been disappointed. The fruit is always fresh & plentiful. We decided to try lunch and it was even better than breakfast. The club sandwich is a must try!! We take advantage of the punch card and get every 5th meal free. Definately one of our favorite places to eat!”

“We happened upon this spot because everything else was super crowded. It was busy here too but the bar area was open seating and we quickly snagged 2 spots. We ordered drinks & pizza at the bar. The bartender was very friendly. They accidentally fixed our pizza incorrectly but quickly remade it. They offered us the first pizza for free, so we had a lot of pizza! I recommend the thin crust, it was really good.”
