I live in a nearby neighborhood and I stopped going there because of the uncourteous staff and did not care about the customers plus it was not very clean but I visited toano subway this Sunday and to my surprise the staff was the best that has ever worked there. Aidan and the other young man working were so kind, so caring and helpful that I will definitely be back! Way to go Aidan and thank you!
There's a tiny lady in her 40s that's apparently the manager but she is so rude and disrespectful to her employees that it makes the experience uncomfortable. Otherwise the service is good and the wait is never bad.
I really like Subway so I'm gonna spare the details but some of the additives to a sandwich could be fresher..

Customers appreciate the outstanding and hardworking service, even when the team is understaffed. The restaurant shares a building with a gas station convenience store, but this does not affect the quality of the experience. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff often go the extra mile, like giving out hot cookies. Despite some recent issues with dressings and special instructions, overall, many customers find this Subway to be the best around, thanks to its great service and friendly atmosphere.
