I live in a nearby neighborhood and I stopped going there because of the uncourteous staff and did not care about the customers plus it was not very clean but I visited toano subway this Sunday and to my surprise the staff was the best that has ever worked there. Aidan and the other young man working were so kind, so caring and helpful that I will definitely be back! Way to go Aidan and thank you!
The lady working was 10/10. She was all by herself with no help.. I was at the back of the line during lunch hour with 8 people in front of me in line. I had my food within 10 minutes. The lady deserves a raise before she takes her work ethic elsewhere!!
Disappointed in the fact that I came in paying cash with a coupon and was told that you don't accept coupons.
Well I don't download apps.
This is the only Subway I've been to that does not honor paper coupons.
I came in with the expectation of sending 699 on a footlong and instead ended up paying 13 bucks.
Next time I'll just wait till I get to the subway closer to my home, and will be avoiding this location from now on.

Subway provides a friendly and respectful environment with helpful staff. Employees are knowledgeable about new menu items, such as flatbread, and handle mobile orders efficiently. The staff, including Toni, are kind and welcoming, making customers feel valued and included, especially children. Customers appreciate the outstanding and hardworking service, even when the team is understaffed. The restaurant shares a building with a gas station convenience store, but this does not affect the quality of the experience. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff often go the extra mile, like giving out hot cookies. Despite some recent issues with dressings and special instructions, overall, many customers find this Subway to be the best around, thanks to its great service and friendly atmosphere.
