Just driving through. Regrettably went to Mcds first but experienced extremely poor customer service there so came across the street and was pleasantly surprised. It seems just simple kindness is lacking everywhere these days. Not here. Stop by to see for yourself. Toni and other staff member were kind and treated us respectfully. Thanks ladies, wish we lived in your town.Kid-friendliness: Staff was super friendly to my 8 year old whereas many just ignore kids.

I live in a nearby neighborhood and I stopped going there because of the uncourteous staff and did not care about the customers plus it was not very clean but I visited toano subway this Sunday and to my surprise the staff was the best that has ever worked there. Aidan and the other young man working were so kind, so caring and helpful that I will definitely be back! Way to go Aidan and thank you!
