Super slow. Pretty sure the two guys working were high—they messed up my order—didn’t even pay attention to what was on the subs—and seemed to be playing around the whole time they were making it. I didn’t even call the restaurant to tell them they messed them up because I knew one of them would answer and wouldn’t be able to help me. It’s sad that the quality of workers has gone down hill this bad. These two guys need a new job, for sure.

Closing hour is 9pm, I was confused how at 859 all the food containers had been cleared out and was told they were closed. Everybody wants a paycheck...but Nobody wants to work?

Just driving through. Regrettably went to Mcds first but experienced extremely poor customer service there so came across the street and was pleasantly surprised. It seems just simple kindness is lacking everywhere these days. Not here. Stop by to see for yourself. Toni and other staff member were kind and treated us respectfully. This review is for the Subway on Old Stage Road in Toano. They can't seem to keep this place open or staffed. When I was in there last week it was closed (again) for renovation. The service depends upon who is working at the time and their particular motivation.
This is probably the worst subway in the area. Sub was decent cookies were burnt. Every time I get cookies here they are burn. How hard can it be? I’m a local, so I would recommend taking the extra trip and go to a different subway.

This location has come a long way over the past year. It used to have bad service, and veggies would be questionable at best. However, happy to say that this place has done a complete 180. From customer service to food quality everything has greatly improved. Great customer service from Stevie and the rest of the crew.

A bit new to this area as I travel here for work daily. This is one of the stores I come in almost every day. When I decide to eat in at this subway Stevie is usually always there to greet me first. I like this subway because of the great customer they provide everytime. If you are ever in this area, ask for Stevie. He is one of the best sandwich makers on this side of town.
