Could prove that my online delivery was confirmed and expected to be delivered to my door. Manager Jeremy stated that he could care less that I could prove it but ended up wanting to take care of the delivery service payment out of the delivery person's tip. I think that's horrible! Everyone deserves the money they earned because they worked hard for it. To just dismiss proof and is crazy! Just FYI, once I got the food, it was freezing cold and wasn't offered a receipt.
