I had a really great experience at Ichiban Williamsburg. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The sushi quality was especially impressive, and everything tasted well-balanced. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

awful take out experience and even more awful customer service experience to resolve the issue! We have flagged this business in our Great Wolf Lodge Tips & Tricks group and will be escalating matters to the FTC after trying to coerce removal of an honest google review for a refund. Tread lightly with greedy places like this! constructive criticism isn’t always bad! it’s how you handle it and they were awful.
