I had a really great experience at Ichiban Williamsburg. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The sushi quality was especially impressive, and everything tasted well-balanced. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!
We live locally, and have visited Ichiban over and over again. Lots of gluten free options with fresh, crunchy veggies and protein options with savory seasonings. Staff is friendly, and service is quick. Highly recommend.
This review is for their lunch take-out. First off, it’s rare to find a restaurant with lunch specials on the weekends, so we really appreciated that on a Saturday. The food was prepared quickly, arrived piping hot, and was packaged well (though oddly, no napkins were included). Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
My only small complaint is that the portions were on the smaller side, almost child-sized, but given the reasonable price, it still felt fair.
