“We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Chris's mom and talking with her for about 30 minutes. What an incredible family! They will forever have our business when we are passing through. We are multi-storefront business owners. Owning a business is hard, owning multiple even harder and even with no power, they gave my family of 5 an amazing experience.

Now, as for the cookies! YUM! Truly homemade with love! They didn't last long at all in our hotel room. Go ahead and order that 12 pack! You won't regret it. The ice cream was the best according to my 3 teens!

“Last night, I had one of the worst experiences in customer service of my life. My friend and I still could not believe how absolutely frustrating that situation was and how upset we were over some “cookies”. I have never come to Crumbl and had such a terrible experience. While, I will not be going into detail as to what happened, I do wish to say we returned this morning to lodge a more formal complaint about the issue.

We spoke with a manager named Mikayla (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) and I have decided that I want this review to be more about how she handled the situation.

To be frank, she listened to all of our complaints about the problem. From the severe rudeness to all of the individual issues we had with it. She was kind and legitimately cared about the issue despite it being 8:30 am and clearly not on her shift. She allowed myself and my friend to fully speak about the whole problem and addressed all of our concerns. I have to say that’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had with management hearing and handling an issue. I just wanted to come here and talk about how great Mikayla was and how satisfied we are with the way she handled it.

A lot of times, customers are not always correct but this all was truly not my fault. A simple legitimate apology would have solved this whole mess.

And to be clear, an “I’m sorry you feel that way,” isn’t an apology. Mikayla deserves a raise because at this point she is the only reason I’ll be giving this Crumbl another chance. So thank you so much to Mikayla for providing outstanding customer service. You are the best!“

Not only was the One Piece design absolutely incredible, but the attention to detail was amazing. The colors were vibrant, the characters looked fantastic, and it became the centerpiece of the party. Everyone was impressed the moment they saw it.

“Auntie Anne's is such a classic go-to snack spot. We always stop by for the original pretzel with salt and a side of cheese dip simple but so good. The staff is always friendly, and it’s in a perfect location to grab a quick snack while shopping. The smell alone draws you in every time!“

“I had been searching everywhere for a simple cup of coffee and someone pointed me in the direction of this place.
Now, it's not a bakery in the traditional sense but they offer cold drinks, sandwiches, coffee and tea as well as an assortment of breads and pastries.
Even if it's a bit busy it flows very nicely. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. It's a great little place that's about halfway in the town . It was a bit of a maze when leaving because you kind of access to a lot of backyards but it makes for some great photo ops.“
